I made a review of some items I received from this company. Everything was made in China and the cotton shirt was scratchy. So I mentioned this and was told that my review was "moderated", (what they meant to say is my review was censored) and they will not post it. I tried to respond to their e-mail about this and it wasn't an e-mail you could respond to. I didn't say anything defamatory, I just mentioned that both clothing items were made in China and were of very poor quality. Nowhere on their website in descriptions does it tell you where the clothes are manufactured. Needless to say, I won't be going back and will donate this clothing to a rescue mission. I am shocked that Johnny Was allows them to sell some of their clothing! I might be giving them a call to inform them of this treatment.

Do not purchase from this company. Since it changed, they suck. Same item received 3 times, one item never received and now after 5 weeks of waiting for that item I am told it isn't available. They suck

Zero Stars! Complete waste of time attempting to order from catalog. The wait times for items is ridiculously long. Sundance charges your credit card immediately upon placing order then takes several days to confirm order with an email, but will not send shipping info. Also it is impossible to know while ordering if an item is out of stock. Once you’re notified, good luck contacting customer service for information via email. They will not respond in a timely manner. I’ve wasted months trying to “locate” a blouse I ordered April 5. Do not spend a moment of your time perusing a Sundance catalog. I won’t again, instead mine will go directly in the recycling bin.

My mother bought an Ecclissi Sterling Silver watch (marked as sterling on both the dial and case-back) but after a long period of wear the case has wear-through of what can only be plating, revealing a copper colored metal beneath the surface. A watch marked and marketed as sterling silver should NEVER display wear-through ever but when we asked Sundance about it, they chose not to respond. My mother is ninety-nine years old and it kills me that she was cheated on the last watch she will ever wear.

If there were zero stars- I would choose zero. I’ve ordered a hundred items over the years from Sundance. Never have I encountered such customer service apathy. Robert Redford would be ashamed. I tried to cancel my order- after having waited 3 weeks. I called customer “service “. Was on hold for 45 minutes. Then I was told I couldn’t cancel my order. It’s disheartening to witness the decline of a really good company.

I ordered a top that was on back order. The expected arrival date kept getting pushed back, but then I noticed the website showed the item in stock. Inquired multiple times and all I got was “oh so sorry for the delay” but nobody could ever tell me why my order wasn’t shipped. Today I called Sundance while simultaneously having a live chat. The live chat person said the top is still back ordered, but after 41 minutes, someone FINALLY answered the phone. And I was told by THAT person the inventory shows the item in stock, and once again I was told they have no idea why it hasn’t shipped. I cancelled 2 pending orders and will not order again. I received a phone call from a supervisor this afternoon who said a 41 minute hold time for incoming calls is totally normal. Not acceptable at all.

So sad to see the recent steep decline of this company. It was so reliable and a joy to do business with for decades. Now the website is awful, $200+ dresses show only one photo in the listing, the necessary search filters are gone or are inaccurate, I click on an item and a different one opens. The catalog has also lost its luster AND its accuracy. So many issues, I will not do business with them anymore.

Sundance used to be so great. Lately my experience has been awful. I ordered 2 items on May 6. They immediately charged me the almost $300 and said they were backordered and expected to ship May 20th. June 6, they still haven't shipped. I started a chat with them and got nothing but attitude. The rep said a refund was already in the works. Sure it was. Never again.
