I have been ordering from this company for over 20 years and finally decided to stop. I am tired of their poor customer service. They are stingy when it comes to returns. They sent me a $50 certificate for being a loyal customer. I bought a shirt with it but ended up returning the shirt, and there was no way to credit me the $50 certificate. There are so many other companies with better return policies-- like Garnet Hill. I will take my money elsewhere.

I bought a very expensive loveseat. It is not as advertised. The colors in person are quite different -- different enough that I had to cover it with a slipcover. Customer service -- especially through their chat system -- is abominable. I don't recommend this company. Be very wary and don't believe their product descriptions.

Ordered from this catalogue for the 1st time recently, the 3 items were almost $300, and was a long time for them to arrive but was acceptable in today's covid climate. Tried on items but did not fit, they were returned in original packaging immediately. They charge you to return (shipping fees) and after they receive, there is small print that specifies up to 30 days for your money to be returned. This is unacceptable in online shopping today. Will not order from them again.

The 1* is for their customer service (actually the lack of). The catalog offers tons of products although they seem to be very overpriced. They do, however, have an outlet with much lower prices. Just be aware that contacting their customer service department is useless. They never will reply to any emails. And by that I refer to sending an email message via their own contact form on their website. That is very unprofessional. So if you happen to like an item and purchase only do so if you believe that you won't need any help from customer service as you won't receive any!

My husband bought a bracelet as a present. It fell apart. I contacted the company and it has taken months to try to get support. They do not get back to you, they say they are going to do something then don’t. It has been a very frustrating process. So extremely disappointed.

The Sundance ordering is outsourced to a bunch of morons at the five star call center in Wichita.

Sundance products are generally priced high which I don’t mind if its good quality BUT their Customer Service is non existent. I have been trying to contact them via email, facebook and their live chat for weeks. They don’t respond. Their live chat is rubbish and the person that I was talking to didn’t know what to do so she just bare faced lied to me...twice! This is insulting and unacceptable. Being outside the US means its a very expensive call so I rely on electronic communication. Shocking lack of response or service. I will not buy from them again due to this. I have purchased thousands of dollars worth of products from them over the past few years and now, when I need their help, they’re not interested. Service is clearly only when they want your money but not after they have it.
