I ordered 2 items on 12/4 which said in stock and ready for delivery. I ordered them and then later when I checked why I didn't receive them I noticed it said, out of stock and expected...... One item was delayed a month and the 2nd item said shipment expected 1/20. I checked in today 1/26 and now they are saying item is expected in their hands mid February. If you like something and want it for the same season, don't buy it!!! I looked online today and they are still selling this and saying in stock when it has not been for 2 months!

I was a first time customer, signed up TWICE on their website, never received a welcome email, no free shipping promo - nothing. I contacted them TWICE to let them know and finally had a response that marketing only sends out any promos on your birthday. Thanks but no thanks. What great marketing and customer service.

My first & last experience... I ordered a pair of boots that I had to have. They didn’t have half sizes so the very unhelpful guy that I spoke with told me to “either order up a size or down a size.” I decided to go up. More than 2 weeks later I still hadn’t received the boots or even a confirmation email. Nothing. I called in and was told to “wait longer.” Finally they came close to 3 weeks later. Great looking boots but of course they were too big. I sent them back using their return label and here we are 6 weeks later and 5 emails later and still no refund. So now I’ve had to pay finance charges on the credit card. Now after 5 emails questioning why I haven’t been issued a refund, I’m told they have my boots but that the refund won’t be coming for another 3-5 weeks because they warehouse was closed for end-of-the-year sales and they process returns in the order they’re received. Here’s an idea,,,hire more people if that’s what it takes & don't shut down your warehouse for weeks at a time!! Poorly run business for sure.

THE MOST GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! They use the most archaic system. I waited for an exchange for three months and never got it. After several attempts of getting answers out of customer service, I finally demanded a refund. They didn't even alert me of the refund. I LOVE their jewelry and am so sad that I cannot count on them anymore.

I'm not sure this will be published, but I hope so. If you read the catalog then you will know items are very expensive. I purchased from them a few times and had to send it all back. Things were damaged, a 7 ring size, which always fits, didn't even make it to my knuckle. Finally I got tired of getting excited for a purchase and always sending it back. I decided to write a negative review. They wrote me back and said my rating/opinion didn't meet the criteria for a posting. In other words if it's a negative opinion it won't be posted. This is a bad company, especially the prices and customer service!

I ordered an item on November 4 as a present to Christmas. received an email a day later saying the item was back ordered. to Dec 4th. not a problem plenty of time til Christmas. No communication or item by Dec 10th so I email, and email again no response. Call on Dec 16th, hold for 20 min. I am told there are 4 orders and only two items in stock. Cant tell me if I am one of the lucky ones or when they can tell me if I am one of the lucky ones. Still available online and they are still taking orders for the item.

I have ordered from this company for years. I have always been annoyed by their overpriced shipping charges but like their products. I purchased a purse recently that began to fall apart after a month. I contacted them, they sent me a return shipping label and off it went. It's been five weeks and the purse has yet to make it back to Sundance. They sent it ground so it can't be tracked. They just keep telling me they're not surprised because it can take a long time. I spent $300 plus $20 to ship to have it fall apart in one month and now I'm in limbo. Never again with Sundance.

Terrible customer service and return policy. This company is awful. I ordered a $400 rug that was not as pictured and is the most horrible rug I have ever seen. To return the rug, I had to wait 2 weeks to get a return label, and now that they have received the rug, I have to wait another week or two before they credit my account. And they charge a return shipping fee of $12.No one charges for return shipping. I have never ordered from a company that makes you wait 2 weeks to get a return label and another 2-3 weeks to refund your money. It seems to me they are just trying to hold on to my money for as long as possible. Terrible service and products, will NEVER order from this company again.
