I purchased a pair of shoes that were so small I couldn’t even try them on. I paid $15 to return them the same day they arrived. Two weeks later from the date they received them and I don’t have a refund. When I contacted customer service they verified they have my return but can’t tell me when they will process a refund. Poor product, even poorer customer service.

I just received the top I ordered from Sundance.....I was charged $15.95 to ship it (it weighs 4.85 oz. & could be shipped first class for $3.95) and then added $10.47 tax! This is outrageous + they charge you $7.85 to return.....so you pay almost $8.00 just to try it on! NEVER buying anything from them again!

I love Sundance merchandise but on my most recent order for my daughter for Valentine’s Day, the back order date was wrong and the earrings never arrived and no communication from Sundance. The earrings now might be in at the end of the month, but no guarantees from Sundance. I asked if I might chose another earring in stock and still receive the free shipment offer from my first order and amazingly they said no, it was a one time deal. I even talked to a supervisor who stated that they do not notify customer of aback order delays until it has been more than 60 days! This is no way to run a business.

I have spent more money then you can imagine over the years with this company, but I have to say, their customer service and products have become a dissappointment., Ordered a sofa on 10/8/21, still shows in process, and every time I call sundance for an update, I get a lazy customer service person who only tells me it is in process. If they cannot get products, maybe they should be honest and tell thier customers that instead of them waiting 4 months. Ill return what I have bought from them as I am done

I've had a love / hate relationship, which is unhealthy so finally cutting ties. They charge for shipping, returns and their products are constantly on backorder. Worst part is if you buy a back ordered product, chances are that date is not accurate. I have a blouse where they currently have given me 6 new b/o dates!!! All I get is a "sorry for the inconvenience" No discount, no shipping credit, no nothing!

I ordered 2 items in Oct, 1 was a backordered shirt, in stock by 11/24, and a metal wreath, described as in stock. As soon as I paid for the orders, the wreath was “backordered”, but expected in by Dec 15. I let it go, as we didn’t really need it until Xmas. Here it is, Xmas, with no word and no items. I looked up the order, and the shirt was expected to ship by Dec 20, and the wreath by 1/30/22. I understand that there are supply chain issues, but communication isn’t affected by Covid. And it was very sneaky to allow me to pay for an “in stock” Xmas wreath, only to be told after they ran my credit card that it was back ordered. Never shopping here again.

I ordered slippers in 11/2021. They were noted as in stock on the website and were supposed to be delivered the first week in December. It is now mid December and I called to inquire on the order. The agent not only hung up on me - he cancelled the order without my authorization. Cancelling a customer's order without authorization simply because you work at a vendor coupled with hanging up on the customer is the worst type of customer service. When I let the agent know that I was upset and that it would have been nice to be alerted that the slippers were having supply issues is when he hung up and took his unilateral action. A company should be concerned that an agent can take this type of action on their own. I would think that it would be illegal for an unauthorized user to cancel a customer's account.

After shopping here for years I will never shop here again. There is no customer service. Items are over priced and the shipping charges are way overpriced. Spent $1000 used $200 gift card and when I returned 2 items the credit back the gift card instead of credit card. Spoke to manager who said I don’t understand credit goes back to main form of payment. Which I said was my credit card. Even though I spent $400 I still have money on my $200 gift card. Manager hung up on me. This company has really gone down hill.
