I have shopped here for years even tho they are very expensive but I NEVER will again! They received my return on 1-18-2023 & I still haven't received my credit. They can't even tell me when it will b processed!!! They take the money out quickly when they get the order but the credit takes forever. This company needs to make some changes as I am sure the people who work there get a lot of grief.

I ordered over $1,500 worth of items before the holidays. The things got here, but not overly fast in shipping. The problem comes when you get items that you don't like the fabric, or fit or other issue. Returning items is a NIGHTMARE. As others have stated here --- save your money (very expensive items) and your time and find another source unless you are 110% sure you want the item and that it will fit. Some of the items were missing from the order when it showed (no idea that they were out), some of the items were nothing like what I anticipated (a bag was super small, a sweater super short/cropped, shoes were too small as normally european sizing can be very wide range, etc). I sent a note on the return process and they told me to go read the paperwork sent. Also, they sent me the items in 3 or 4 separate shipments with 3/4 separate sets of paperwork. I told them that I was not going to pay $8 each to return on multiple "slips" because they had separate orders sent in 4 orders to me instead of the one that I had ordered. They agreed. I returned about $800 worth of items. The items went from UPS/USPS on the label and over 30 days later -- nothing. The tracking shows it went to one spot and then they ship it to a place in Utah from there....and THEN they take their time going through returns. Over 30 days when I reached out again on the credit, they told me that they had received the items, but they only process them first in, first out.... it could take who knows how long to get to my return and they process it based on when they slow ship it to their second location. Unacceptable for the customer base they are trying to get to. Don't -- you will hate the trap you are caught in. Not the same company they used to be.

Worst service ever! Sending wrong items and wrong colors. Website is totally messed up. One day it shows the picture of a certain item with the item # and name and the color and next day the same item # and name shows a complete different picture and different color, not even the same item! Overpriced, it takes forever to receive your money back and they even take money off the refund for the return. Customer service not friendly when I said that I did not order the item I received, saying "that's what you ordered honey"... Never ordering again!

Worst customer service ever do not answer you at all Also sending wrong items, and wrong colors. I used to order lots of stuff before but NO THANK YOU Never again

Returned an item that Sundance received on Dec. 7, 2022. Today is Jan. 12,2023 and still no credit. I have contacted customer service 3 times since they received my return and this is always their answer (but they keep changing the processing dates)...."I do show that we did receive the return on 12/19/2022. Currently our returns are processing returns received from 12/12-12/14. Sundance does process returns in the order that it is received. As soon as our returns has processed your order we will send you a notification via email". Please note: Our returns is taking longer than normal time frames to process returns. We apologize for the delays in getting these orders processed in a timely manner. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reply to this email or you can call customer service at 1-800-422-2770. For your convenience, we are open 7 days a week between the hours of 6:00am – 10:00pm Mon-Fri. 6:00am-7:00pm on weekends. Never again!

I used to order here all the time for my wife's presents. They used to have excellent service. This past experience was terrible. I ordered her Christmas presents in early December. They package shipped quickly, and then got lost by UPS. I contacted Sundance, and although UPS showed the package as lost, Sundance said I had to wait to resolve it. I then called a couple days before Christmas, and they said they'd ship a replacement. It's now January 5, and still silence from Sundance. I cancelled. I will never again trust them.

I placed my first (and last) ever order for a WAY overpriced embroidered henley. It was in the online store, it said “in stock”, but as soon as my payment processed I get a back order email. My item is back ordered? What a bunch of s#%t! Now I get to wait a month, ohhhh lucky me. Do yourself a favor, don’t believe this store, it’s bulls#%t!

Sundance Catalog has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order for a $4,000 Jes Maharry bracelet and I canceled the order because I was disgusted by the deplorable, incompetent, rude, and obnoxious so-called customer service agents. Let them go get $4k from someone else. I work too hard for my earnings and I WILL NOT BE ABUSED by a bunch of agents who aren’t trained any better than these folks are. Given all the recent promos Sundance seems to run constantly, it must be pretty hard up for business. My advice, train your agents better so they don’t lose both the company and the artists' business. These idiotic customer service agents don’t seem to get that customer orders are what keeps them employed otherwise Sundance could easily downsize and most likely will if they continue to lose business.
