Sundance charges high prices for shipping and also returns ! Most companies only charge you one way . Surely they can cover reform shipping . I am removing myself from their mailings - will not use again.

The delay in returns processing is unacceptable. They received my return on July 24th but cannot credit my card because they said they are just now processing returns from July 5th and they process returns in the order received. I finally got an e-mail on August 8th saying they got my return and my credit card will be credited back, but it may take 30 days! They owe me over 800 dollars. They have the merchandise and they are not crediting my account. If they have that many returns then their products must be crap!!! I ordered 4 dresses and kept one that I will have to get hemmed because the mesh is way too long. I need to get refunded for 3 dresses. Their process is completely unacceptable. I notified BBB. Complained to customer service and asked for expedited processing and was told no. There should be a law against this. I suspect it will take about 45 days in total to get the refund.

This business sits on the processing of returns. They give you a return label to use which in and of itself takes 10 days before they receive the item because it goes US PS ground! Then, even after they have CONFIRMED they received your returned item, which they did for me 12 days ago, they SIT on the processing of the return! It has now been 12 days since they have confirmed to me that they received my package which was sent to them 22 days ago, and the customer service agent tells me that they won’t “get to it” for another week or two weeks! Once their substandard processing team actually credits my credit card, I am sure I will have to wait for the actual credit to appear. Horrible and UNACCEPTABLE process. It’s very interesting to me that they don’t have such a long processing time to FULFILL new orders - so that they can justify charging your card initially - but they are in no hurry to process your return and credit you back on returns. And the customer service agent does NOTHING but agree that the processing time is too long but tells you there is nothing that can be done. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

I returned a dress and followed their return guidelines only to have them take 25 days to credit my debit card back. They require customers to return their merchandise in a certain timeframe and yet they hold the customers money hostage for weeks. No excuse.

$17.95 shipping charge for a flimsy blouse? Screw these people

Quality is seriously lacking for the price. Customer service lagging. Feel sorry for the workers there. I previously purchased some jewelry. Settings fell out of 2 earrings making 2 pairs useless. A watch and a necklace so far are ok, but overpriced for the quality. My most recent purchased was a jewelry bureau. Very pretty in the catalogue. Upon receit found it was much smaller than the dimensions stated in the catalogue making the drawers too small for some of the larger pieces to fit into. The wood was thin, not good quality. Called customer service. Was told to send it back for a refund including shipping since it was their error. 6 weeks later I received a refund minus shipping of $13.95. It is now advertised at the correct dimensions in the catalogue. I am so done with sundance. Why lose a customer over $13.95?

Sundance Catalog Customer Service Re Order #’s: 23684640 and 23681713 I am a loyal customer of your company – Sundance/Sundance Catalog – have been for several years and believe that your products are of high quality. Your clothing is unique and you offer petites which these days are hard to find. That being said, your shipping and return policies leave a lot to be desired. Your shipping charges are outrageous – not only do you charge shipping to send purchases to your customers; but also charge your customer for returning the item. I am sure that the cost of shipping is also incorporated in the price of your merchandise. Other merchants give free shipping – especially for purchases over $50 and free returns. And – refunds are promptly issued within days. In addition, it literally takes weeks to get a refund! I recently made purchases totaling $436.22 (which included taxes and shipping). I promptly returned the items (wrong size) according to your return policies. It cost me $54.00 in shipping charges to receive and return these items. As of this date, I have yet to receive a refund. In this modern world of technology, this should not be the case. I would very much like to continue to be a loyal customer of Sundance, however unless you revise and update your shipping and return policies, I will take my money and business to merchants that offer better terms and appreciate customer loyalty.

The website doesn't work and the customer service rep kept telling me that the phone number I was using wasn't Sundance. When I asked for the correct phone number she gave me the same one. I love their clothes but the company is impossible to deal with.
