I recently ordered a dress from Sundance, higher price than I normally would pay but with the expectation of good quality and style. The fabric was cheap looking and scratchy, the dress was poorly constructed, a hook that kept the chemise attached was torn off and hanging, and the fit and styling was horrible. I looked online at reviews of other items from Sundance on their own website and read many similar issues from others about expensive items of clothing. I will avoid ordering clothing from them from now on.

I took a birthday trip to Sundance and purchased 7 button-down shirts, all 90 or more. Two of the shirts have buttons, and almost every button has fallen off. The other 5 were linen with snaps. When you press the collar, dark points appear at the tip, and ruin the look of the shirts. The colors don’t launder well and fade. I’ve reached out to Sundance, but I’m sick of taking stuff back. It’s cute but it’s crap. Don’t do it

Very sketchy customer service. I purchased a dress, they sent it and it was full of snags and obviously worn. I sent it back using the return label. It was received and I didn’t hear anything for two weeks. I kept reaching out to customer service, who told me I would get my full refund this Friday. I just got an email that they received the package, I’m not getting the cost of shipping refunded even though the material was damaged, and it told me I have to wait a month for it to return on my card. Sketchy and fraudulent!!! Buyer Beware!!!!

Been a SD customer for 30 years spent beaucoups of $$.. no more.. now shopping at Anthropologie or Azos.. husband bought me $400 e-card online for my birthday… never received an email until 4 days after my birthday AND THEY Charged SHIPPING FEE!! On hold with customer service 30 minutes so hung up. Went online to to “chat” was promised husband would get credit in 48 hrs.8 days later still nothing and talked to sr Customer service who said would send to warehouse sr support ??? Couldn’t promise when we would see credit..my blood pressure went to 189/99 twice. Done!

I returned a dress to Sundance, (all tags attached, never tried on, original packaging, problem with the fabric). The item was received by Sundance on 06/24, and I still do not have a refund on 07/11. The delay is unacceptable. The site will not allow me to sign in, asking me to reset my password every time, and then giving an error message, telling me to try again later. Customer service has very long wait times by phone. Hugely frustrating.

I just got off the phone with a very RUDE customer service representative!!! When I asked her to verify the shipping cost, she said, “ I already told you that!” I had to called because they had a problem processing my credit card. They were shipping a necklace, that they charged $10.00 for. It’s not my fault that the card would not go through, the first time! How ridiculous to charge 10.00 for a necklace! When I asked why the charge was so high, she said it is what it is. I will think twice before I order from them again!

This was my first time ordering from Sundance and I already have had a bad experience. I should of read the reviews first before ordering. First of all, the size chart is not right. The measurements for jeans is not accurate. I wear a 27 or size 4 and the jeans were huge on me. I sent an exchange form back with the jeans for a 26 and then saw they went on sale for half price. I called customer service and talked to Cabrenna and she said they were sold out. I told her I still saw that size available on line. She said on line was not accurate. That there were none in stock in warehouse. She was absolutely sure about this. I went ahead and ordered on line anyway and they have been shipped. She was wrong. I called and tried to get the secone shipping charges adjusted because it was an exchange. She said she couldn't do that because they're now on sale. I will not order again from Sundance. I could of been a great customer, but I will not order again.
