Purchased 3 items from the website and got a confirmation. After a week and a half I still hadn’t gotten any order or shipping updated. I tried Live Chat to find out the status of my order. No one responded so I called. My items were on a 2 month backorder. The back order was not indicated on the website when I ordered them nor was any notification sent with an update that the items were backordered. They did charge my card for items I wouldn’t see for 2 months. Not a great practice. When I did talk to a customer service representative. She was pleasant and helpful, so at least there was that. I haven’t had great communication from them in previous encounters as well, so I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

Have been a long-time customer and purchased jewelry in the past. However, found jewelry currently offered expensive, appears cheaply made (few 14kt gold items), and not at all attractive. Clothing is mostly age specific. Only items worth noting are the shoes and household furnishings. They have a new CEO. Maybe it will be for the better.

So boring now! I used to love looking through Sundance catalogs, especially the jewelry editions. It was so creative and beautifully produced, and made me want to buy everything! The new redesign is horrible, generic, and a completely different vibe. It looks like they've used A.I. to rebrand and design the catalog layout and website. Total fail.

Order something November 13th 2024 changed my mind requested a return Firstly no tracking number order number yes but no way of tracking my order I placed. All around absolutely maddening poor communication first time doing business with Sundance Catalog it was just too much very frustrated!

I placed an order and chose next-day shipping. It is now three days later and the item has not shipped. I emailed twice and no-one has replied. Poor customer service and it is unfortunate that they are charging for next day shipping and not providing it.

Very poor customer service. Returns are impossible. Been on hold for 30 plus minutes. Can’t get anyone to help

I agree with recent reviews and it's extremely evident there has been an ownership and management change. This was a high-quality, high-end company and brand with a lot of attention and detail being placed in the marketing/catalog. The new catalog was GARBAGE. I also ran through it and threw it in the trash. The models, the content, the layout - CHEAP CRAP. I've a foot high stack of back issue catalogs which, sadly, also got thrown in trash based on recent experience. Placed an order 20 day ago - no tracking, no status either via email or my account on their website. When I call and press 3 for a human it says they are too busy and immediately disconnects you. What?! Having the only option then of a live chat w/ a hubot, I learned one order was "lost in shipping" (uh huh) and STILL not given a tracking # for a "reship" and the 2nd order is still "on backorder". 20 days and still waiting - and they can give no ETA that is "guaranteed" for when that might eventually ever actually ship out. Documenting ALL comms from live chat for an eventual possible credit card dispute on this, as it appears below refunds are now nearly impossible to get. Great company sold and turned to GARBAGE. Done - never again.

I look forward to each catalog and have done so for decades. Products are fun, edgy, different and the models usually featured were perfect for the style and quality. The catalog I just received is disgusting. Generic looking models and clothes have no style, no class and are old-fashioned and boring. Even the photography and scenery is worse than ever before. I can’t believe you have ruined it completely. The only thing that remains the same are the high prices. After decades of loyalty, I’m shocked, saddened and done.
