The worst customer service!! I will never shop here again. I ordered boots Nov 9th- finally I called on the 16th of Dec _oh they're on back order!! No correspondence. It's now Jan 4th and still no refund!! Never shop there!!!

Terrible customer service. I ordered a jacket, which I liked, but the color was off from the website. I returned it and it was received in their returns department, but it's been 3 weeks and I haven't received my credit on my card. Each time I reach out they say they say it has been processed, but now I learn it hasn't. I feel like I'm getting the run around.

Worst service, I order shoes and wait for a week to get updates, it turns out that my item was out of stock and after a week and a half they offered me a refund just because I checked and not because their customer service contacted me

Ordered on Dec 9. The item never shipped. I sent 2 emails to customer service, and got no response to either one. Just went on Live Chat and found out that it's on backorder until February. It's Dec 21, and I don't have a present for this person. Horrible. I expect so much more from Sundance. I think I'm done done done with them.

I was a banner catalog subscriber and have ordered since the 1990s. This company has gone downhill fast. I don't know if it's new ownership, but I'm still waiting for my return to be processed and have been gaslit every step of the way. It's been months. I finally filed a complaint on the Utah BBB, and that got a response. Sundance's new server is Shopify which explains a lot, no more filters, larger than needed picture tiles, issues with ordering. Their customer service used to be good, but it's very poor now. I will never order again. The quality of their merchandise has also declined but not their prices. IF YOU ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH A RETURN, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE UTAH BBB.

I’ve tried multiple times to order online and use a couple gift cards I have. Every time I try to enter the gift cards numbers I get an error message that they are unable to “fetch data”. So I’ve also called to try ordering by phone and the reps tell me they can’t take the gift cards because of “computer issues”. But those computer issues are apparently ongoing because I heard the same excuses one month apart. I was told I could pay by credit card and that they would then advise the supervisor so that the supervisor could reimburse me for the value of the gift cards. WHAT???!!!! I said no. I also submitted complaints online. No response. Next step for me is to contact my state’s attorney general.

Worst customer service EVER - that is IF you can actually reach someone. I returned a sweater which they received nearly a month ago and I have yet to receive a refund. After repeated calls and lengthy hold times, my only recourse was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Had I read the reviews of others' experience I would not have ordered! I hope this review will prevent others from having a similar, incredibly frustrating experience.

I placed an order for boots on Sept 9 - they were back ordered to 10/24. Having received no communication I contacted in mid November and they informed me the boots were expected in early December. It is now Dec 15 and when I contacted via chat was a told the item is available but there is an issue with my card so it is on hold. Meanwhile no communication from Sundance at all to update or resolve. I was instructed to call customer service instead of assisting to resolve and send the item. I just cancelled the order I have been waiting more than 3 months for without any communication. What nonsense will never shop with Sundance again
