Terrible, I have gotten, and purchased many items from Sundance over many years. I always looked forward to the forward by Robert Redford over the years, the beautiful catalog, and even the same models, that you kind of felt like you got to know over the years. Well it’s nothing like it was, the models are not inspiring, and the catalog is soulless. Also new owners will not have any furniture. They have lost a long time customer.Goodbye Sundance!

The ONLY retailer I know that charges upfront for back-ordered items. In other words, they will take your money when you order, and then send you the item(s) in a few weeks or even months. That is a hard NO for me. Customer Service agent said it was because they use Shopify. I don't really care, I think it's a shady business practice and won't shop there again.

I used to love getting my Sundance catalogs and planning what I wanted to purchase. Their change in catalog design is soooo disappointing and does not compliment the items shown. I haven’t purchased anything with their new design direction. Please bring back the old format!!!

I have purchased many items over the years from Sundance without problems. This year I had to return two items and just used the return label that came with the item. This was after discussing with an agent who barely spoke English but I think said would email me a label that never came. Both packages had gone into a dark hole. Fortunately I took a photo of one of the labels and noticed that it had no barcode and no delivery address. It did have my return address, so the post office returned it to me. I then mailed it to the return address in Utah via a new label I got from the post office. Let's see if I can at least get credit for one item. I will never buy anything from Sundance again.

Sundance cannot be trusted. It is nearly impossible to return something, they even send a bogus return label with the item(s) being purchased. This label has no postage and no real address, so it will not be accepted by the Post Office. By the time the Post Office returns the package(s) to you, you will have likely missed Sundance's deadline for returns. To get an authentic return label you have to call the company and they will admit that the return label sent with the item is bogus. And then good luck trying to get your refund. Items returned over 3 weeks ago, received 3 days later and still no refund.

I have been trying to return a shirt I purchased because it was abnormally large. First I requested a return label and received confirmation that it was under review. Then nothing. Next I tried to chat and was told to write a message. Still nothing. Finally I called and the person I spoke to said their return label maker is broken and there is no time-line for when it will be fixed. Really??? Right after Christmas? I feel scammed.

Looking at their new online site made me think I was looking at a Carol Wright catalog from the 1970s. The pictures were flat and made the items look cheap. Also the sale site went from classy to cheesy with everything ending in .97 or .98. I’m really disappointed in the new Sundance, it totally lost its magic.

I'm not liking the new catalog look. It's now just like every other catalog. And there is less description of the items in it. I miss the girls that were in the catalog for years. Please bring back the Western and SW style, and the models we loved. The only change that would have been great would be to add middle aged models to the look since so many older women buy the clothes from the stores and catalog. You might now lose me as a customer.
