Horrible just by looking at the site, it's just horridpoor quality terrible site. The closing is obviously cheaper. The embroidery is terrible. That's about all I gotta say.

Paid 29.95 for 2 day air. Product arrived 4 days later. They told me all they refund is 9.95 for all shipping charges, regardless of what you paid for. When I complained they told me they'd give me a one time courtesy refund for the full amount. How nice of them ! Then when then item was unsatisfactory, I sent it back and it took 4 weeks to get a refund. This place is a big NO-NO !!! Stay away !!!

I ordered quite a few clothes from this catalogue in mid January. It is not over a month and I have not heard from the company or received the items in my order. Buyer Beware!

Sundance was once my favorite place for unique well made furniture, housewares and clothes. It has gone downhill for a very long time-but this newest turn is by far the worst. Recent clothes look common-I could find the items in any mass market store-home furnishings nearly gone. Jewelry unremarkable as well. The artisanal spirit of the company is gone! My house is filled with beautiful furnishings or clothes I bought many years ago. I suspect the new direction the company is taking is the final nail in the coffin of this once great American company. No other company does what Sundance once did, so they had no real competition. I can’t believe they bungled this so badly.

Item was listed as in stock, so I ordered it as a gift on 2/9/25. After 6 days and no shipping info provided, I reached out, only to be told item is out of stock and might ship on 5/23/25, but no guarantee they said. Should have heeded the other bad reviews.

So disappointed in the new Sundance catalog. I have purchased many items in the store & through the catalog previous to this new change & it’s not looking the same at all! First of all there are no description of the items as to what they are made of, style etc. The catalog items look cheaper so I doubt I’ll be shopping with the new Sundance Living! I’ll miss the old quality!

Ugly old lady clothing. Go to Walmart you will find the same ugly stuff.

Ordered three items, they didn’t say anything about any of the items being back ordered. When order came it was just one of the items I ordered and the receipt showed the other two were back ordered..I looked on my account and it showed my order as being delivered with all three items being delivered..I called customer service, got a super snotty gal who told me my items were back ordered and basically they’ll get there when they get there..don’t like that they switched to Shopify either..was not the usual smooth experience..I will be very hesitant to shop here again which is a total bummer as this has been my go to for clothing..
