Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback. We’re thrilled you’re loving both the Total Package Serum and Complete Eye Serum! Firstly, we completely understand your concerns around pricing — and we truly appreciate you bringing it up. Our exclusive add-on offers are entirely optional for customers who would like to take advantage and stock up at a deeper discount—you can still purchase the product on its own. That said, we understand that this type of offer may not suit everyone's needs, and we appreciate your feedback. We’re always looking at ways to make our pricing and offers as clear and flexible as possible. Secondly, we know not everyone has the time (or patience) for a 20–30 minute video, so your feedback is definitely heard! Our videos are intentionally detailed so Dr. Rosenberg can explain the science behind our formulas, the research, and the results customers have experienced. Many viewers enjoy getting that deeper insight before making a decision, but we completely understand that some people prefer a quicker overview. Our Customer Happiness Team is always on standby to answer any questions you may have about our products. Alternatively, you can always visit our website directly to browse products without watching the full presentation, or check our FAQ section for quick answers. We’ve also passed your feedback along to our marketing team because we genuinely appreciate hearing what could make the experience better. Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts and for choosing Sun Coast Sciences!
