Thank you for sharing your experience and for taking the time to order directly from Sun Coast Sciences. We’re so glad you reached out to us and are continuing with Total Package Serum. Unfortunately, counterfeit versions of Total Package Serum have been sold by unauthorized sellers. However, Sun Coast Sciences does have an official Amazon store as well! If you prefer purchasing through Amazon, you can always contact our team, and we’ll provide you with the correct link to our official Amazon store so you can be confident you’re receiving an authentic product. There is also another reason you may notice a difference between the product you previously purchased and the one you recently received. We recently introduced an improved Total Package Serum formula. After selling more than one million bottles and listening closely to feedback from our customers, we intentionally elevated the formula while keeping the same world-class ingredients and age-defying benefits our customers know and trust. The new version has a silkier texture, spreads more smoothly and evenly, absorbs more readily into the skin, and has a light, refreshing citrus scent from natural extracts. We’ve received very positive feedback on the updated formula, including from many longtime customers who tell us they now prefer the new version! We hope this helps, Juanita. We’re grateful for your trust in Sun Coast Sciences, and we hope you continue enjoying your Total Package Serum!
