What you're describing is something we occasionally hear, and in many cases it occurs because the airless pump needs to be primed. We intentionally use a strawless airless pump to help keep the serum fresh, potent, and protected from contamination. Whenever customers report this issue, we provide a troubleshooting guide, and if the pump still doesn't function after those steps, we're happy to send a replacement. In your case, we did arrange a replacement, and our Complete Eye Serum uses the same airless pump technology. We also understand that you ultimately decided to return both products under our 365-day satisfaction guarantee.
