If only I'd read the reviews on Trust Pilot before getting drawn in to their sales pitch. I'd like to know how these people sleep at night. Used their Dark spot diminisher for a month and absolutely no difference. I've emailed someone called Lori who is their Head of Customer Happiness!!!! (That's a joke to start with) requesting a refund so will see what the outcome is. One more comment. This serum is available on EBy at a fraction of the price I paid. That says it all really. UPDATE Had to send back the unopened bottles and the empty that I'd used. Sent them the tracking details etc and the next day I got a refund notice through from PP. So I'll give them more stars for their customer service.
