Despite the reviews I ordered. The first order came. The second order got lost and had insurance. I was instructed to file a claim with USPS so I did. After doing so, I got a call saying the package was in route though USPS site was saying delivered. Even with insurance, I didn't get my money back or the unit. This is the first time I have ever ordered a package from any company and have ever had this happen.

Still have not received my order or a tracking number

They ship really fast. But the quality of the hair is not as good as I hoped it would be. It sheds A LOT & I have to brush it often to keep it from looking flat. I would not purchase this hair again.

I placed my order never got no update emails, ordered a wig that was out of stock but okay to purchase nobody reached to let me know it was out of stock even though if something is out of stock it be updated. So if I never reached out myself multiple times (by email, on website & phone) I would’ve never known it wasn’t in stock and would be still waiting for a wig that wasn’t even being prepared etc. I got sent my tracking number by iMessage not by email. But when I eventually got in contact they did offer another wig which was a little more expensive but they still sent it I will be back to give feedback once wig comes

Y’all put tracks in my closure. And when I tried to address it y’all wouldn’t say anything about it or even give my money back. Update: Issue was not resolved !
