I love love love this company! They have gone above and beyond my expectations. I placed an order and they let me know that due to the high volume of orders for the particular wig I ordered that it may delayed. Asked if I wanted to wait for the order to be processed or order a different wig. I told them I would like to wait. The following day they advised me my order is on the way!

I have ordered from sunber 6+ times and I’ve never been dissatisfied. This most recent time I literally had my hair in hand 3 days after I ordered it! The unit had no shedding, full density and it looked exactly like the pic on there site. I don’t buy wigs from anyone else & only use them bc I know I’m going to get what I ordered and that it will either meet or exceed my expectations & once I find a site I trust I’m a loyal customer. Definitely a 10/10 from me

Sunber Hair did contact me and apologized for the delay in contacting me. I returned the wig, they confirmed receipt and refunded my money as of today. I am very pleased with their promptness and resolution. I will purchase from them again since I did like the wig, it was just too long.
