Excellent!!! I unboxed and put it right on!!! Didn't need to do too much to it but shake and go. Pre everything- I've never had a unit like this before. It's a first for me. Online looking for my second purchase now! Thanks Sunber!

My experience with Sunber was wonderful. I was contacted by text letting me know that the hair I wanted was out of stock in the inches wanted. I needed the hair ASAP for my upcoming graduation. They made sure I had the hair in a timely manner. My hair arrived 5 days early as they shipped it by Fedx. I am a loyal customer of Sunber. The hair is soft and beautifully crafted. Thank you for having magnificent customer service and products 🥰🥰

Inquired about the delivery for my order and was told it'll take 1-2 weeks to make (I needed it for this week because I'm going out of town), Sunber was very apologetic and asked if I'd like to exchange for another one like the one I ordered....which was fine if it meant I'd get it sooner but, they got my order and sent it out right away (hopefully it comes on the 29th) I appreciate how they effectively communicated with me and offered a solution so that I'd still get something. I'm satisfied with them... hopefully it'll be a smoother transaction the next time I order
