Hair was returned and I did not receive a full refund. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Customer service is horrible! I placed an order over a day ago and my account was charged. I even received a confirmation email from the company shortly after the order was made. But then a few hours later I got a text message from them saying the order had not been paid but if it had, then to just ignore the message. The next day I tried to enter the order number from the confirmation email on the website and got an automated message that the order number nor my email address were recognized. I’ve reached out via phone, email, and chat message on the website, and nothing! Phone no longer in service, and responses from email or chat. I just want to confirm my order and should be able to communicate with someone. My first and last time purchasing from this company and will stick with the hair companies I trust and that provide communication! If you take a customer’s money so quickly, you should be able to reach out/respond just as quickly when an issue arises. Based on the lack of communication I can’t even think about what the quality of this hair will be- if I ever receive it!!

Ok so now this is the second time I’ve ordered and have not or did not get the hair... one successful purchase out of 4! Not cool at all....

Hair is thin , definitely wouldn’t purchase again . I used all three bundles and it looks like probably 1 in a half not thick at all . I just installed and I’m already taking it out

This hair sheds bad! It’s brittle and dry.

My hair is very thin anc the texture is not the same I’ve only had this hair in for a week

I have the worst experience here , i’ve tried to contact the company because someone made a purchase on my card without my permission and sunber hair would not let me cancel the order nor respond to my messages . I don’t want the hair at all
