This company is a complete scam. I ordered a 20” kinky curly wig, thinking that I would be satisfied. A couple days later, I received the wig and I instantly regretted it. The roots were thick and full, but the ends looked very thin and damaged even after I tried to style the wig. I emailed Sunber to let them know that I wasn’t satisfied with my order, that what I received looked nothing like what was presented on their website. I also let them know that I hadn’t cut or alter the wig or the lace. They insisted for me to keep the wig even after telling them that I did not want it and that I only wanted to send it back to get my refund. They had a bunch of excuses. After 3 days of literally saying that I did not want their wig, they only offered me a 10$ refund…. ***Update: After a week of back and forth, all they could come up with was “sOrrY dEar, we will refund you 50% after you delete the bad review”. I’m disgusted.

I do not recommend this company. After I placed and paid for my order, I received an e-mail days later stating that wig was out of stock. I was offered a completely different style when I asked for a refund, then was told I could pay $7 additional for a longer wig. I paid the $7, finally got the unit. I will say it came within the 3-5 day time frame, but what I received is not what I paid for. The wig was supposed to be 18” and it was more like 10”. I have been since going back and forth with someone from this company who keeps calling me “dear” on how to get my money back. Then I was told it would only be a 90% refund because there’s nothing wrong with the hair. Not only is this hair synthetic, when it says human hair, it’s not even the length that I paid the additional money for. I do not recommend this company at all.

I would actually love to order a unit but I’m afraid after reading some of the reviews I just don’t know🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

I ordered my hair on September 30,2022… I have emailed, wrote on Instagram, and WhatsApp and haven’t received no response. It is now October 5th and my wig has not been shipped. Company stated the wig will be shipped “24-48” hours after payment and 3-5 days for shipping but that is false and the customer service is horrible!!

First time ordering a wig, seen yt reviews, looks legit and cheap. I ordered on September 22-23 2022. I was expecting it before October 1st. One or two days after I made my order, they send me an email saying that the wig I want was unavailable for now and I have to wait till October 8th for replenishment and after that it will be sent my way . I said that you should have mark it as sold out before letting me buy it . After that on Thursday or Friday they said since it’s not convenient for me they offered me a refund within 3 days I accept. 3,4,5 days past no answer to my emails or text and still no refund by chance I contact zip and showed the emails so I’ll wait.. but my advice to y’all DO NOT ORDER THERE DO NOT OR DO IT AND YOULL BE REALLLL DISAPPOINTED if I could give 0 I would

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM UNTRUSTWORTHY VENDORS!!! I Ordered my hair a week ago, I still haven’t gotten my tracking information and nobody responds to me! I will be contacting my bank ASAP

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ORDERED A WIG THEY GOT MY MONEY DIDN'T GIVE ME A TRACKING #OR ANYTHING, MY ACCOUNT SAID I HAD NOT ORDERED ANYTHING!! THANK GOD I ORDERED THROUGH PAYPAL, SO I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK. I CALLED BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ON THEM, ITS A FAKE!!!!!! COMPANY TELL EVERYONE DON'T GET SCAMED BY THEM!!!

I ordered my hair on the second of September n I didn’t hear anything nor get a tracking no.. please let me know when I will be getting hair This doesn’t make sense
