I ordered the wrong wig and once I realized my error I contacted customer support. I’m very thankful that my order was refunded. I’m very pleased that it wasn’t a hassle to receive the refund.

I had a question regarding when I would receive my delivery, because I didn't have a tracking number. My inquiry was addressed in a timely manner with the information I needed.

My experience with Sunber has been amazing, I placed an order with them for a fabulous 26 inch wig and I didn’t receive it(due to a postal error) they didn’t hesitate, first point me in the direction to file a claim and then they sent me another wig!

I placed an order for a wig & then quickly realized I wanted to exchange it for something that was more compatible with my style. I emailed Sunber Hair immediately & requested to cancel my order. The customer service Rep was able to change my order to a different wig that I really liked, without any hiccups. Customer Service was amazing, they really went above and beyond. Will definitely shop again.
