I bought a wig on nov 28th still waiting for it. They say it’s been delivered. usps says it was delivered and signed by the front desk. Front desk said no one has delivered anything to us. And the Mail man who was delivering mail atm said I’m not sure where it could be. So obviously he didn’t deliver it!!!Maybe mail carriers are being paid by these over seas company’s to sign it as delivered and send it back. I contacted Sunber countless times and they say sorry contact usps there’s nothing we can do. Each time!!!! I’m out of 300$ and very mad about that. Usps also said it was signed so there’s nothing to do but file a claim. My claim was denied twice. Its probably easy for a usps deliverer to get away with it. Hope they start cracking down on the gov deliverers and over sea scam companies.

This company is fraudulent, I ordered hair and was immediately told that the product was out of stock. I have requested a refund and cancellation of my order, instead I have gotten three emails asking me to accept a different wig { they never had the one advertised) I continue to deny the replacements and continually ask for my money back, They refuse. I also had a duplicate order, they refuse to refund the double payment,. Buyer BEWARE fraud!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. O placed an order on Jan 6th. As of today Jan 12th, I have not received any update on shipping or anything. But they can send emails and text about promotions. Then when I tried to go on their website and log into the account I set up, it says I have an invalid email.BUT they are able to email me promotions at the exact email address. I will put in a dispute and hopefully get my money back. I wouldn't tell anyone to order from this company and I never will again!

I had the same experience as this person. "Horrible Experience - Scammed I placed an order on 12/3/22, by the 12/9/22 I still hadn’t received any tracking order or update, so I reached out via email. They told me my hair was out of stock and then attempted to send me two others that were nothing close to what I originally ordered. This went on for a few days. On 12/11 I again requested a refund and they told me my item was now available and being shipped out and a tracking number would be available the next day. It’s 12/13 and still no update. I have filed a dispute. Please avoid doing business with this company. Date of experience: December 02, 2022" I ordered. It says in stock as they are telling me it is not is stock. This was for my birthday. I am scrambling to find another. They will not return my money. They will offer something else that you do not want. Then asked me to just wait an additional 2 weeks until they say they will have it in. I ordered 3 weeks ahead of when I needed it. 3 times I asked them to refund my money. I also had to file a dispute. They will more than likely send the same canned response of give us your order number and yadda, yadda...they got the money, they dont care any longer. Stop taking money when you dont have the product in stock. 1/21/2023 - They finally sent the refund.

I ordered the Water Wave brown wig in September from "Sunber Hair" supposedly. I washed and conditioned the wig in preparation for my sister's wedding that I'm scheduled to be in on tomorrow. Only for the wig to be matted, mangled, dreaded. I mean horrible. I cannot wear this wig and paid almost $300.00. When I realized that the actual parent company is based in Hong Kong. I realize that this wig hair is most likely dog, cat or other but it is not human hair. This is pathetic!!! I can't even rate this mess!

Originally when I first got the wig I was extremely excited about the color and my only complaint was the wig not being full enough. After one week of wearing it for two days the hair began to tangle at the nap badly but i still tried to work with it by detangling it daily and putting it into two twist with my bonnet at night to keep it from matting back up. But after today I would never order from this company again for the top layer of tracks stay soft but the middle and the bottom tangle so bad. And do not try washing it point blank period‼️‼️‼️‼️ I washed this hair with cool water and deep conditioner only in hopes to help with the matting bbbbaby was I wrong if the wig wasn’t full before it dang sure isn’t full now it clumped up so bad like dread locks and I had to cut some piece apart just to get the detangling brush through. This wig has lost so much hair in the washing process that I’m honestly shocked anything is left and too think when I first got this wig I started recommending it to my closest friends but you can believe I will be retracting those claims as I’m beyond disappointed with this hair. We don’t spend out money to waste it I haven’t even had this wig a full 2 weeks before it start tangling and this was supposed to be my bday hair I am beyond upset 😡 This hair cant possible be Human the way it tangles especially with a lose texture like water wave which wasn’t the texture I was supposed to have, it should have been jerry curl to begin with I even let that slide. After emailing for days first they offered me $15 then went to $20 to the go to $25 at most after letting them know I will be contacting my bank they’ve ended with an off of $40 and mind you I paid $179 for a wig I can’t even use. I still intend to continue with speaking to my bank for this is ridiculous. And after seeing all the reviews on here I’m not settling for that $40 like I start to. I wish I could add the photos

Sunber hair is definitely scamming people. I thought I was ordering the wig that I seen in the picture. It was a full lace front. Recieved the wrong one. Contacted customer service, went back and forth for a minute, but we came to an agreement that I'd just send it back and get a refund. I sent it through FEDEX. Paid for it. Even paid for the service to have someone sign to make sure they got it. It was delivered to them 3 days before Thanksgiving. I contacted them that week and they said " dear it's a holiday. Won't be processing anything untill the week after. Contacted them again a week later, and they said "dear there's alot of packages and we haven't gone through them yet". I waited another week, and now they're saying they never got it, even though it was signed for, and won't give me a refund. That I should contact fedex. As the company and the reciever, shouldn't they be trynna investigate. Especially if FEDEX is telling me it was signed for. It's been more than 30 days and fedex won't investigate after 10 days. Everyone that uses this service knows that. So now, they're refusing to contact fedex or even do an investigation into the employee they hired, that signed for it. So I basically lost my money and have no wig. I'm so disappointed. I spend thousands of dollars on hair, but I guess I won't ever shop for hair online again. My first time and last time!!
