Biggest mistake this year I made choosing them. We simply wanted 3 devices hosted. They insisted get the devices shipped to them ASAP. Guess what happened when they arrived. They did not have the necessary equipment to actually install them. They they proceeded to string us along for the next 2 months, repeatedly saying "they will be set up by the end of the week". A promised they continued to make and break. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Worth to pay a little more for a service that actually works.

It's like russian roulette. Will I be able to log in today? Probably NOPE! I would not recommend this to anyone. It's nothing but a headache. Very unreliable. I have to send in a ticket at least once a week. Sometimes daily, just to be able to log in TO MY OWN BUSINESS ON QUICKBOOKS. They've set it up so I am not even an administrator of my own business. Run. Run fast and run far. Seriously considering going back to the ol ledger books. At least they're reliable.

I needed a reliable solution to host Sage, and did not want to stand up a server on prem. Summit met the bill - they provided turnkey solutions, assisted with the setup, and have been a great partner for the 5 years that I've worked with them. On the few occasions I have needed support (usually making a change to the environment rather than an outage or issue), their support has been FAST, professional, and got me what I needed with absolutely no difficulty.

Summit has been an awesome partner for us going on 4 years now. We started using them during the pandemic, when we really needed a way to collaborate on projects without being in the same location. They helped with some virtual desktops and networking, and since then we've grown to rely on them more and more. Jake and Justin there constantly come up with creative new solutions to make our lives easier. The tech support at Summit is always incredible. If I have an issue, it doesn't matter if its the middle of the day, at night or even on a weekend - a real human sees my support ticket and resolves it immediately. No waiting days for an answer, or trying to get past some AI-bot to a real human who can help... they are always spot-on with a quick resolution and everyone has been SO helpful. I couldn't be happier as a partner and customer!

I would rate Summit for service a definite 5. Every time I required any help I got an immediate response and always had any problem addressed and corrected immediately

The hosting experience has been very smooth with Summit. The interface is simple and easy to use. I needed support assistance only once and my issue was solved quickly and professionally by a US based engineer. I highly recommend Summit.

We used QB with Summit. The support staff was very responsive, efficient and professional. We had next to no downtime. I would recommend them 100%.

Summit keeps getting better all the time. Their support team has always been outstanding. The functionality has improved to the point that we rarely need support at all.
