Hi Garry, Your order was processed within one business day. Unfortunately you ordered on the start of a weekend in which UPS is closed. Even if it went out on Friday you would have received it by the end of Wednesday instead of Thursday when it shipped on Monday. The average shipping time is about 3 business days for your location. Your package was processed and shipped within a reasonable time frame. Summer's Paw

Finally found a toy similar to my dogs favorite! The old one is in rough shape and they don’t make it anymore. She loves it so much and I found this on summers paw. Great site, quick shipping and now we have a back up!

Box of food consistently arrives before expected delivery date and in excellent condition. The wrapping paper they use is a nice touch as well. The quality of food is always excellent as well.
