The USPS took longer to process the package. Even though Summer'sPaw had no fault in that their customer service department was very helpful in trying to track the package and even sent me a present for having to wait for my order 2 days longer then expected.

Contacted me very shortly after ordering when they discovered a problem with my order. They offered a great alternative which meant a larger size but at the same price, and they still got it shipped out that same day. I received the order the next day and it included free treats for my dog. They were pleasant and helpful and very easy to reach. Can't get any better than all that!
