After being alerted 4 months ahead about a needed change in a villa for our 2-week stay that was beyond their control, Summer in Italy worked with us to find a wonderful alternative so that we would not be disappointed. Melanie was attentive to the details and our list of "must haves" and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Wonderful service! you don't find this everyday. I travel alot and don't do very many reviews, but this one was worth mentioning! I would recommend the Summer in Italy team.

They were professional and detail-oriented. Communication with them was clear and easy. Someone was always accessible when I contacted them and I always received a very prompt response. That makes me feel comfortable that they are a reputable company.

We searched a number of sites looking for accommodations that met the needs of six people. The website was easy to navigate, informative and a friendly (not pushy) representative was able to answer our questions and offer suggestions each time we were on the site.
