Summer In ItalyReviews of summerinitaly.com

The staff at Summerinitaly all very friendly and attentive, with very prompt service throughout the booking process. Online information on available villas very comprehensive and the online booking system very streamlined and efficient.

Great service! Very easy to book with a wide choice of amazing villas. The staff was friendly and very quick in answering to all our questions. Definitely we will use again this site! Thank you again

I've never been to Italy, never rented a villa anywhere. So I didn't know what to expect when I began communicating with Summerinitaly. But they've been absolutely fantastic. Not only did we found a great villa in Positano through their website (and follow-up emails), but I've asked a ton of questions that have little to do with the villa itself. That includes everything from local attractions to municipal taxes. Each question has been answered quickly, professionally, and in an extremely friendly manner. They clearly take personal satisfaction in doing everything they can to make your vacation the best possible. I'm so happy to be dealing with people like this, when making plans for the kind of trip that doesn't happen every year (for most of us). It's really a pleasure when you come across that rare organization that just keeps going out of their way to make you happy. I won't be looking anywhere else when I decide to book my next trip to this part of the world.

We looked at dozens of places on the website and made as many inquiries. Between email and the online chat window, our questions were answered quickly and in a very personable manner. We feel we've gotten to know Luca and the team and can't wait for our trip!

I was having a difficult time in trying to locate a property for my holiday in Positano - until I located Summer In Italy - both Luca and Elisa were quick to respond to my requests and more than friendly and very helpful. I felt instantly relieved and comfortable and secure that my booking with these guys would be great. Within minutes I had a place booked in with all my requirements and I couldn't be happier. Rita

Everyone we talked to at Summer in Italy was very friendly and helpful. Melanie in particular was very patient and helpful in making sure we had the very best holiday rental to meet our needs and budget. Thanks for the great job! We will be using Summer in Italy again, I;m sure.

Summer In Italy is a great company to work with in every way. Very helpful in all stages, from initial browsing through booking and travel. They have very fair policies and will be flexible when they're able to. Communication is EXCELLENT, it literally could not be better. They also happen to have the best selection of properties out there, and are priced great. Summer in Italy is a pleasure to work with in all aspects of holiday rentals.

Okay just to reassure you, this is not one of Summerinitaly's agents writing their own review. I am actually a member of the public that doesn't usually write a review for these kind of things but I thought it was warrented from the outstanding service I have been given. From the offing when viewing their website, I was greeted by one of their agents called Melanie who I entered into a live chat with. She was very helpful and told me all about the area I was hoping to travel to. When finding a house which looked ideal she then sent me all the airports which were close to the house along with the distance from the house to the airports. She then got in touch with the landlord to ask if he could pick us up from the airport for a reasonable price which he then agreed to irrespective of the lateness in the day of our arrival. To top it all off it was the price of the holiday that was the icing on the cake. Only 810.00 Euro for a two weeks' holiday in Como. I can't wait to go away now. Fantastic company and I have no doubt that the holiday will be fantastic too. Thanks, Joel
