Discriminatory to plus size people
Got asked for my height, weight and then measurements for a wetsuit I had ordered from them online. Upon giving them the information they asked for I was met with an email response saying I was too big for their biggest size (I was only 20 pounds heavier than what they recommended). Not even said as “we’re worried the suit won’t fit you comfortably, would you still like it?” It came across to me as “you’re too fat for our product. Come back when you’ve lost some weight.”
