It took too long to get the wetsuit

It took 17 days and appears to have been shipped from China. Tracking was terrible ( all in Chinese) and I wondered if it would arrive. I did correspond with your business and eventually was tol it was out for delivery yesterday. It did arrive, everything intact and fitted just fine.so I thank you for that! Regards, John Borland

You said you would deliver in 6-8 days: it took 12 days

I've not had these for long. So far the arm sleeves feel good. A little tight at the wrist but I suppose that's how they should be and I'll get used to it. They seem very well made and I am pleased with this purchase. My only complaint is that it took a LONG time to receive them and the tracking info was slow. I started to think this was a scam and was going to do some investigation. Thankfully they arrived that day though. Again, so far so good. I would recommend.

Service was helpful. I prefer more buoyant pairs of swim pants.

I received my wetsuit 17 calendar days after placing my order. Had I known that the wetsuit was shipped from China and had to go through customs, I probably would not have ordered it. I appreciated the sizing service, but despite me supplying my height , weight, chest, waist and hip measurements, the suit was way too small- I could not get it past my knees. I returned it at my cost. My suggestion is that the company be more transparent about their supply and the time for the customer to receive an order. Customer service is available only through email ( no phone contact) The wetsuit appeared to be of good quality, although delicate. I would not recommend it for daily open water use or training, since it may be easily damaged. It seems more appropriate for racing.

Thank you for your advice. We have a lot of warehouses and ship according to stock. The victory you bought is perfect for professional athletes. Its buoyancy and performance are the best we currently sell in triathlon wetsuits. I'm sorry that we can't provide you with satisfactory service this time, we will keep improving.

Great fit, but developed a hole in the crotch in the 2nd wearing…really disappointed about that, but great neoprene shirts that provide just enough flotation support.

Ordered a wetsuit (from an ace creator affiliate link) and they gave me hope for three weeks that I would get something shipped. Canceled last minute with no fanfare or response. I don't want to tank their reviews completely (it's 1-star behavior), but some advice: - Expectation management > delivering on time. Stuff happens—I get it. A lot of people want wetsuits right before the season starts. If you don't have stock, just add that to the website. If you're certain you won't have stock, don't leave people hanging for three weeks. Just send a nice e-mail and I'll be on my way. - Matching the timing of your marketing campaign with your inventory. I would advise running your marketing in the winter + budgeting for inventory commensurate with the campaign. You can always discount if you're a little over (which is better than burning people who actually tried to purchase). There are a ton of levers to ensure that you have the right amount of inventory (e.g. pre-orders, proper forecasting). - Ghosting people is the worst thing you can do. It permanently destroys your brand reputation. I plan on doing tri for a while and will upgrade my wetsuit in ±1-2 years. Will I consider Sumarpo? Not anymore. Your impression of someone (or something) is the average between your best experience and last experience. My last experience was rock bottom. Fortunately, TYR was able to ship a wetsuit within 2 working days and I just received it. Anyway, wish you all success and hope you improve on this front.
