Customer service was excellent— helpful and considerate.

The wetsuit tore in multiple places immediately and almost all the letters have already come off. And I’ve only had the wetsuit for less than a month and did two open water swims. I am never buying anything from your brand again and will tell all my swimmer friends to avoid your brand as well.

I really appreciated their customer service who reached out to me to verify my sizing before processing my order. I would have ordered the wrong size but thankfully they guided me to the correct one. Additionally the product I originally ordered was out of stock so they offered to upgrade my wet suit to a nicer one for the same price. Great customer service!

Fantastic experience! I ordered a wetsuit from last year's line up. I received an email the next day saying that model wasn't available in my area, but they offered to send me this year's model for the same price! The suit shipped the following day and was sent to Canada very quickly. I was doing an Olympic distance triathlon in mid-September, and the suit arrived 2 days before my race. The sizing chart was great and after I chose my size, I even got an email to verify my measurements. Since the suit arrived just in time, I didn't get a chance to practice with it on. It was easy to get on, fit perfectly and felt great in the water. Nice amount of buoyancy, especially in the legs, where I need it. The air temperature at the start of the race was 5° C, but the suit helped immensely with the cold. At the first transition, I got out of the water and was able to strip the suit off to my waist by the time I got to my bike. I sat down and got the legs off very easily, so I was very happy about the design of the suit. Outstanding customer service! Excellent wetsuit, and it looks great! I'm extremely happy that I chose Sumarpo!

The sizing guide was great, staff were easy and it came in before my race. Posted my fastest swim time! Thank you, hoping it lasts a long time.
