It's very poor company. Any other vendors r businesses people Don't join it's very very chided company.

Don't use this for your IT Training. I am a victim. They use fraudulent people. So many fraudulent people use their platform to cheat unsuspecting IT students. One of the fraudulent firms they use is called AGILE IT. These people would collect your money but would not deliver the training as required. They would also promise job leads but once they get fully paid you won't hear from them again. Be wise.

It was to bring into your immediate notice that fraudulent activities happening in Sulekha.com. We are the customer of Sulekha from last more than 7 years in the name of Piford Technologies Pvt Ltd, IT C-7, KMG Towers, IT Park, Sec-67, Mohali (Punjab - India) (Registered Mob- 9779444127) & this year we are feeling cheated & harassed by sulekha. Earlier we were having yearly tenure based package with sulekha till Nov-2018 and your executives (Mr.Nitin, Harsh) convinced us to migrate from tenure based package to 100% verified lead based package. We trusted them & keeping in mind our company's long term association with sulekha.com & further took lead based package in Nov-2018 & invested around 35k to 40K for few months. As we were committed for 100% verified genuine leads for our training business, we were surprised to see that we got approximately 35% irrelevant leads averagely for which we shared the feedback on Sulekha my business Application as well as informed sulekha executives including Mr.Mathews, Faryad time to time & calls (8872398621, 18004201212, 8860600533, 9940580503). Among these irrelevant leads, many people says that they are looking for JOB, some says only interested in stipend based training, some says they are looking for freshers to hire in there company, some says they are looking for late evening batches after 7 PM or early morning batch of 6AM or 7AM, some says they can't travel to Mohali or chandigarh, some numbers are regularly switched off or out of service, some says they have not put any lead, etc. After following sulekha team for more than 2 months we were informed that system is not able to scrap these leads for some reason for the other. We asked them to share with us there (sulekha) feedback which proves that the irrelevant leads marked by Piford Technologies are revelant or correct. There are sill abound 180 to 200 irrelevant paid leads sent to us from 15-March-2019 to 05-August-2019 which is required to get scrapped or refunded back.Here also sulekha executives denied us in providing such lead based feedback from there end. Atleast its the duty of sulekha to justyfy that the per lead amount charged from us for these 180-200 irrelevant leads (marked by us) are correct & are 100% relevant leads sent to us by sulekha for people looking for paid training. Kind Attention: .As it was committed that we would be getting 100% verified leads in sulekha lead based package which is very expensive as compared to tenure based. We took lead based pack on trust & keeping in mind our long term association with sulekha.com. I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority. Either make the things transparent & resolve our issue immediately by scrapping these irrelevant paid leads & continue our long term healthy relationship or else refund us the amount paid to sulekha for these leads. They are interested in your money. App is good but support is zero, You will not get lead and they deduct money in name of monthly platform charges. Cheater people. nobody will pickup calls after you paid. 14th August 2019 I complaint for cancellation but no body responding properly. Customer care executives are behaving very rude, they have no any moral responsibility. BD, Mr. Avinas Rajawat who waited for me for long log time in my office before I made payment, today he disconnected my calls again and again. Please dont pay any single penny of your hard earn.

Very bad.they are just making us fool.every Time they ask for the package.i took the package for enquiries and they told me that if enquiry is not positive they will refund the amount of that lead after 24hours but these leads were not genuine because I got to know that leads were generated by their agents only.i contacted Sandeep Kumar chaudhary,gaurav and Ravi so many times but they always promised they will check and resolve the problem but still the problem is not resolved by them.they are cheaters.will never recommend to anyone

I have used their services 3 times since 2009 for a legal services ad. During that period the ads, although our offices were promised each time unequivocally that leads provided by sulekha would lead to successful results, NOT one ad was ever in all that time successfully converted to a client. We have advertised in many publications over the years, have a very successful busy practice and have never experienced these kinds of results. I have to believe that either the leads provided are not authentic or adequately vetted. The people contacted over 90% of the time either did not respond to calls or emails or behaved very rudely by not providing what was stated they would and many times even hung up the phone on us. THEY NEVER EVER RESPONDED! So many opportunities were granted to sulekha to demonstrate that they were indeed an effective vehicle to help with our advertising but it never happened. This last time with them will be the last time I will have any contact with sulekha and it is beyond me how a company can promise successful leads with these kind of results. I have to unfortunately state that they are either not a reputable or effective company !

They are big fraud. Never go through them. They provide tutors thru blueline tutors. Blue line tutors are themselves a big fraud. So chor chor mosere bhai. Ye khud bhi chor hain aur unke service providers bhi chor hain

Its really unfortunate there is no negative comment rating. It is a fraudulent service that is set up to take advantage of the old. I have had a really bad experience with my father who trusted sulekha trusted tv service company.
