Terrible experience. All enquiries from the platform so far has been scammers with cheque fraud. Looks like the platform doesnt have any action to mitigate this. We are paying a good amount $55 for a 15 day add and the expectation is that some of these can be taken care of. No point posting here

Unacceptable Service – Denied Entry Due to Sulekha's System Error I am deeply disappointed with Sulekha Events regarding the concert. Due to a site glitch, two orders were placed with the same credit card. Customer support cancelled one and confirmed the other was valid. However, at the venue, we were turned away because Sulekha’s system mistakenly cancelled both orders. The organizers even showed us on their laptop that both transactions showed as cancelled by Sulekha, and our seats were given away. Despite this clear backend error, Sulekha customer support refuses to issue a refund, claiming funds are "settled." Refusing accountability for their own system failure is completely unacceptable. Avoid booking through Sulekha Events.

Sulekha is a fraud website, they post events and we buy tickets but then they dont let you access tickets and they not refundable and non transferable. So we have leave the price we paid and nobody will pick up the help line. not sure about the reviews says devi called and shruti called, they are are fake reviews.
