I posted an ad, immediately realized they have zero viewers where I want the ad to be posted. Contacted CS to revert and refund, and they gave me an email id which never responded. They didn't issue a refund. Later when I took this up with my cred card company, they immediately called and was trying to frame it as my fault. The lady who spoke to me was very rude, trying to bully me.. I hate this company, stay away from them

Very Pathetic service. I want sulekha to know that just taking money is not enough . Have to constantly review their listed service providers about their services. I have completed pharmacovigilence course through a service provider who was highly recommended by sulekha and had also promised job placement assistance. This was in november, completde course in mid of february. Its been 7 months for now, not even my profile is put in market.I feel so cheated and helpless. Atleast sulekha should call their customers to find out what is happening.
