Devi called me today after I had called Sulekha help line yesterday, even though I didn’t leave a voicemail. I had accidentally downloaded the wrong app (event app instead of regular one) and she checked with me about that and was very friendly about it. She waited until I realized my mistake, very patiently I have to add. Then she waited while I corrected that and then walked me through the login process. I am very impressed with the excellent customer service that I received. Thank you!

Bad customer experience. Careful with refunds if you paid by mistake. Also their customer support team is not responsive at all.

They sold me a leads and promotions package. The package included setting up a website and doing internal promotions to deliver 12-15 leads a month with verified numbers. They took over 2 months to create the website, 5 total leads came in 3 months. The app for tracking and responding to the leads never worked properly. Their people respond to support calls in days. DO NOT USE THEM. THEY RUN A SCAM.
