Hi Duane! Thank you so much for the review and we appreciate your feedback! It is our policy for the housekeepers to always knock before entering, and to only go during your scheduled housekeeping day unless we clear it with you, like the day you requested we swap your mattreess for instance. The operations team will make sure you don't have any issues with that in the future, and we can also be in touch about the products we are using. We will also contact the building management office about your neighbor to see if there is any way we can assist with that issue as well. Thanks again!
