Suitcase.comReviews of suitcase.com

I was looking for new suitcases for my family of four and I knew I wanted Samsonite luggage. I googled it and suitcase.com popped up so I tried it out. I found a great 5 piece Samsonite luggage set at an excellent price. I decided to get two of them so all four of us have enough luggage for our vacation to Disney this year!! I was pleasantly surprised to find it was free shipping and even more surprised that it arrived at my doorstep 5 days later!!! The luggage was exactly as I expected and I'm super pleased. I would recommend suitcase.com to all of my friends and to anyone out there in need of luggage!!!

The purchase I made was an instant process. Communications via email was so easy and surprised without even talking to a representative to do a follow up. They are making life so simple that I get what is actually being sold on sale and the conditions of the goods were super even the packaging. If I would ever need to deal with them, I would do it without hesitating at all. Thanks so much!

I was delighted to find the suitcase we wanted at a great price. I ordered on a Friday. The following Tuesday, I wrote to inquire as to the status. I was told I would probably have a tracking number by the end of the day. When I did not receive one, I called and was told I'd "probably" have it by the end of the week. Still no tracking number. I had ordered in what I thought would be enough time to get it before our trip. Now, it was getting close. I called this Monday and told them since I still did not have a tracking code, I assumed I would not have it in time. So I asked them to cancel. They said it actually had shipped (really?) but they would try to stop it AND LET ME KNOW EITHER WAY. Interestingly enough, I immediately got an email saying it had shipped and I'd have the tracking number later that day. No further word...so, on Wednesday I called again and was told it was "on the truck for delivery". And, once again, immediately after the phone call, I got an email with the tracking number. Yes, the suitcase came. Yes, I love it. But the actual experience with the company would keep me from using them again.

I ordered a new wallet from Suitcase.com after much research, looking for the right one at the right price. The gamble with ordering online from a company you haven't done business with is that you can't always be sure if the product will be delivered as advertised. But when I opened the shipping box tonight and took out the wallet, it was EXACTLY what I wanted. Nothing but quality. I'm impressed and very satisfied.

Ordered through suticase.com a black travelpro Maxlite 3 intl carry-on spinner on April 9th and noticed the order is under "processing" for 2 days, so I emailed them and they replied on April 12th as: "TravelPro warehouse OVERSOLD (more orders came into the warehouse then pieces on hand in the BLACK and were trying to find one to fill, but have been unsuccessful" and till today, I'm still being told to wait even though suitcase.com website has shown black as available...

I had been looking for a larger size suitcase to match my others in the set. I researched and found Suitcase.com and was pleased at their prices. The service was good and I definitely would purchase through them again.

Both service and pricing. Prompt shipping and responsive people. What else could you want?

Lightweight and very good quality.
