I was hoping to duplicate the bag I currently have which is a Samsonite 1910 by Heritage Travel ware Ltd Style935538X PC # 0-23572-47765-0 F 0095 and from display I thought bags were the same. If I can get the referenced bag I would like to purchase this bag. The bag I purchased is good, but does not meet my needs.

On first contact the phone was answered promptly, the nice lady was knowledgeable and articulate. The order was processed correctly and received in three days, much quicker than was stated.

I ordered a Samsonite suitcase from Suitcase.com. The particular model I ordered was no longer produced by Samsonite and I was offered a better more expensive suitcase for the same price. Emails sent to suitcase.com were attended to the same day if not sooner! Suitcase delivered on time.

We ordered a Samsonite Cruisair Bold (29in) and received it in a timely manner, however the suitcase was dented when we received it and we had to correct this by "popping" the dented part out from the inside. The original denting ended up leaving some cosmetic damage, but otherwise the suitcase was functional. I'm not sure if the damage was pre-existing to shipping the suitcase, or whether it was caused en route to my home by the shipping agent. Either way, the experience was alright, the deal was decent, but I'm not sure that I'd buy from them again.

Bought my suitcase online from suitcase.com on Easter Sunday. On Monday, I sent an email asking if I would have it in time for my trip the following week. I got an immediate response telling me it would be arriving on Wednesday. Three days? I thought they must have confused my order with someone else's. But come Wednesday, there it was! Unexpectedly good service, best price, great suitcase! What more could you want?
