I ordered 2 pieces of luggage at a cost of 303.98. Then had an email that the address I supplied for credit card was incorrect. I verified address was correct, but they still had problem. So I gave them a second card, but when I checked my order 2 days later, the order had been cancelled. So I shopped at a different site, used the same card and received luggage. Then I received the luggage from suitcase.com. I checked my card account and find they charged me $359.98. I am very dissatisfied with this transaction.

I did a price comparison before ordering my two new suitcases. Suitcase.com was the cheapest,by far! The whole process was so easy, and my suitcases were delivered to my door in a relatively short time frame. The customer service was excellent also. I will always order from suitcase. com in the future!

I was concerned on receiving my suit case prior to a trip and everytime I called they were more than willing to help. Very friendly and definitely cares about their customers. Received my suitcase a day earlier than expected.

It took about 2 weeks to receive my order. In the first week, I asked the status of my order and was given a somewhat poor response about the industry and how it handles shipments. I work in a similar industry, and it shouldn't take this long. It's 2014. I ordered something off a website that weighed 40 pounds, and had it shipped ground from across the country, and it still got to me in less than 2 weeks.
