Suitcase.comReviews of suitcase.com

The case I received was great, but the best part was how quickly I received it (unexpectedly.) I got a great price (best on the Internet) and it included free shipping. I figured it was worth the wait. Next thing I know it's on my doorstep. they shipped expedited quickly after my order. They also answered a question I had about the dimensions before purchase. Would recommend without reservation.

Love the prices

The personnel are polite, but they oversold my order twice. Don't wast your time here if its a popular item. It won't be available and you won't have time to get it elsewhere; it will be gone.

I received my order in a timely manner, and it came in a great condition. It was exactly what I expected. I love that I got free shipping.

the suitcase, the service

After checking out several websites, Suitcase.com had by far the best prices for our new Samsonite suitcases. Delivery was fast and FREE. I would highly recommend Suitcase.com.

Bought matching bags elsewhere and wanted the tote! Lucky me, the warehouse moved in the middle of my order from CA to WA. However, Suitcase was on top of it and notified me immediately. Luckily I have no immediate travel plans and I expect my bag in a couple more days.

I ordered 4 pieces luggage for an upcoming trip. It said nothing about, on back order, or out of stock. When it was delivered there were only 3 pieces and panic set in. I explained to CS that this was needed for a trip in less than 2 wks and they worked to find a piece and send it so it would arrive in time. We even have 4 days to spare. Thank you for your help with this. It will make this trip much easier.
