Had a tough time finding the High Sierra 28" Upright in red. Customer service made sure they had it in stock and it arrived very quickly. Nice looking piece of luggage, very well thought out, great for college students! I have three now, one in green, blue and finally, red!

The bag is perfect. However, it took 3 days for UPS to deliver it, so I wouldn't order anything else if UPS is the carrier.

Easy to find what we wanted, best price anywhere on internet,. Ordered, get confirmation and tracking and received before we knew it - quick and easy!!!!!

Most important customer service item, especially if an item is delayed is to keep the customer informed. There was a not unreasonable delay and the company went well out of their way to keep me informed and up to date on the progress of the order and even exceeded their projected ship date. Well done.

Purchased a very nice Samsonite at a very reasonable price. It arrived in a few days and was exactly as pictured and described on-line. We have not taken a trip with it yet, but looks like it will work out great for us.

We recently ordered luggage from Suitcase.com. Prior to its arrival, we decided it was really not what we wanted. The people were exceptional about advising us as to what to do to return it. We then ordered luggage from them that was more in tune with our needs. Great customer service. I have recommended Suitcase.com to friends.
