SuibstantialReviews of suibstantial.com

Well, what a scam. Don’t trust this, “ suibstantial.com site. Every claim is a lie. Western Style🔥Men's HOT SALE🔥Produced in Montana, USA👍Free returns and exchanges⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1,000+ five star reviews Ordered a hat and long sleeve vintage jacket. Got a hat with crooked logo ( deer in woods) really crappy quality hat. The coat they sent was something Liberace would wear (green, red shiny, sparkly ) and wasn’t the long sleeve vintage deer and woods jacket ordered. I contacted them and they said sorry your selection is no longer available. Well give you $5.00 refund. It was a $114.00US bill. Now they offer 15$. So, I wouldn’t order a thing from them. Hope Facebook investigates these kind of fraudulent sites.

Ordered what looked like a sweater online, and looked very classy and high-quality but what I received one month later is a very ugly print of a sweater, not a real sweater at all. I contacted them asking to return it, and they offered me only four dollars as a Goodwill gesture… what an insult! Do not order from this company… they are falsely advertising online higher quality materials and what you get is nothing like what is shown online

appalling site.PLEASE DONOT ORDER AT ALL.....ITS A SCAM SITE.RIPPED ME OFF £40 THEY REALLY ARE RUBBISH PRODUCTS,NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS,SO DONT BE FOOLED

what a rip off. actual product looks and feels nothing like the photo. took 3 weeks to get this crap. kept getting updates like "your package is now in Italy, then Spain". I regret not doing my research before purchasing. STAY AWAY!

Ordered a sweater that looked nice on the photo, a knitted retro style with leather effect on the elbows, but when it arrived it was just a print and on flimsy material. The company refused to refund and finally offered me 8 USD as compensation and said I could keep it. NO WAY, it's going into the charity shop!! Avoid this scam company at all costs.

I when to the suibstantial website and saw their clothing was @ produced in Montana. I saw a nice pull over and ordered thinking I was getting a domestically produced product. The tracking info shows it’s coming from a distribution center in Greece. I sent an email to customer service and got responses that appear to be from a source that wasn’t a person. The responses were canned and didn’t address my question. I was told that Greece is the closest distribution center to me…in Arizona! Huge mistake thinking I was dealing with American company.

I ordered a suede jacket for $94 ON September 15 and as of today I never received it.

As with other reviews..stay away from this company. I ordered a sweater for my son's birthday, at $39.95. Took forever to get if and it was nothing like the picture. Cheap and poor quality. They tell you to contact their customer service department for returns but the e-mail address comes back as undeliverable.
