purchased and have been using the tumeric scrub but have not seen results. Dont think the product honestly works for dark spots. Its just another scrub... I will say it does smell nice.

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER!! Never received my order after two months, they do not respond to emails. Worst company ever! I am going to dispute charges with my bank.

They delete comments on their IG of customers complaining about never receiving their orders. I left one under another girl’s comment complaining she had never received her stuff, and they promptly deleted the comment and DM’d me to email customer service. I placed my order on the 29th and still haven’t gotten a shipping notification. I sent an email asking for the expected shipping turn around time on orders but no response so far. I’m getting ready to dispute the charge with my bank and file a complaint.

The worst experience ever. This is my experience with this company, I regretted not reading similar reviews before I purchased from them. I purchase the Tumeric soap about 4 weeks ago and received an email that the product was delivered to my address. I waited about 3 days and kept checking my mailbox, no item was delivered. I was corresponding with customer service via email, the lady was very rude and being sarcastic, did not care that I did not receive my purchase goods. I finally told her that I will be filing a claim with my bank and then she blocked my email. All my emails have been coming back undelivered. This company is a scam be aware, please be aware. I will be filing complaints with the better business bureau as well as my bank. No package was delivered.

NEVER received my product almost a month later. Similar to the other reviews, this seems like a SCAM. Tracking has not been updated and it looks like they send the same BS copy paste email about their "aloe gel being out of stock". STAY AWAY. I am disputing the charge with my bank and filing a complaint with BBB.

Do not buy from this company as they are the very definition of a fraudulent business: 1. Selling items they do not have in stock - false advertising! 2. They do not have the supplies to make the products they currently sell - again, false advertising! 3. Horrible customer service; ignoring emails and deleting comments on IG from customers who have been a victim of their scam. 4. Website hasn't been updated with current processing times; leading you to believe your order will be processed in 3-5 days - false advertising! I ordered on May 24 and still don't have what I paid for. I check the website frequently and the same items I ordered are still listed for sale, yet the email I received on June 8 stated: " We’re sorry to inform you that we’re currently out of stock on the Aloe Gel which is one of the ingredients of the order you requested." When I asked how long that would take, I was told on June 9: " It will be available on Monday and will be shipped on Tuesday-Wednesday. " Again, not true. It's June 23 and my order STILL has not shipped - that's 21 business days (31 calendar days) from when I placed my order. I was understanding in the beginning but now it's obvious they have no intention of fulfilling orders. Don't get scammed - shop elsewhere! 07/07/2023 update: they finally contacted me and said they lost my order, which is unbelievable considering the daily emails I sent asking for an update. I asked for a refund and they processed it. I finally got my money back!

If I could leave no stars I would. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do not buy from these people they play with your money then ignore you. I've sent countless emails and have been waiting for weeks for the products. Don't get scammed. Keep your money

They just posted an ad on tiktok about how their soap "fixes" a "dark, bumpy, kitty". This is harmful misinformation, and not only misogynistic and racist, but physically harmful to the genitalia and body. I would say this is a fraud or scam but many young girls are going to think something is wrong with themselves and end up hurting themselves with this bleaching soap!
