I’d give negative stars if I could. I placed my order over 5 weeks ago and have contacted them multiple times asking where it is. Two weeks ago they gave me a “pre-shipping label” and it said it was “preparing to ship.” Still have received no product or update. I contacted them through their instagram, left comment on their pictures and they deleted all of them and said I was a spammer. Now they’re not even replying to my emails. I was so excited to try this product and support a smaller business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY’RE THIEVES.

I placed an order like Oct 7th never got any update that it was being processed so some time last week I told them to refund and cancel the subscription and they flat out told me they can’t because I need to do at least 3 subscriptions beforehand, what is that. And then they just charged me again without even having sent the first order!! HORRIBLE customer service.

I would give them zero stars if I could I canceled the order before it was ever received and they sent it anyway and charged my credit card. I have asked them to cancel and stop charging my credit card yet they continue to steal money from me. To date they owe me $110. THIS IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY AND I HAVE CONTACTED A LAWYER TO FILE A LETTER DEMANDING THEM TO CEASE CHARGING MY CRESIR CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. OF THEY CO TINUE WE WILL HAVE TO MEET IN COURT IN MY CITY AND THEY WILL BE REQUIRED RO OAU THE COURT FEES PLUS ADDITIONAL FEES.

Soap doesn't work my spots are even darker since using this soap. save your money can't believe I paid this much money for this soap

Keeps sending spam emails but will not respond to a simple question about the product. They want to sell the item so bad but yet customer service is horrible! I sent email, left inquiries on their IG via comments and DM, still nothing! I'll take my business elsewhere!

Im glad I found this page because like others I never received my product. I placed order on 8.19.23. They charge an extra $10 on top of the price of product for “express shipping”, which when you think about it, is really a way of mocking the customer because they never ship it out!!!!! I just filed a dispute with my bank today, this company is such a joke. I’m never ordering anything I see on instagram ever again.

I attempted to track my order after a week and their site said Order Not Found.. I also thought it was weird that my PayPal was charged to a company called HouseTechPlusLLC and not sugarbabycare. I immediately filed a claim and was refunded by PayPal. Now that I am reading the other reviews, something fishy is definitely going on.

It’s been two months and I still haven’t received my order. I asked for a refund with no response.
