Like everyone else I placed my order 12/14. I finally got a shipping confirmation 12/26. I keep checking the tracking which is saying "preshipment label created" and nothing since then. I've emailed, added comments on the instagram page and the seller blocked me from instagram. Going to do like the others and dispute with my bank for my refund.

If I could give zero, I would. Placed an order December 4. It’s January 2. No product. No shipping. Phone number on the site doesn’t connect and I’ve been sitting for an hour waiting for live chat. I have to wait 30 days to dispute it with my bank. $70 down the drain. UPDATE It’s January 16. Still no product. UPDATE The product was finally received on January 26. A few days shy of two months after purchase. Unacceptable.

Just like the other reviews posted, I placed an order on November 30th and it’s now December 31st and I still haven’t received my products. I had to dispute the charge with my bank because my repeated requests for cancellation and refund fell on deaf ears. In my opinion, they really deserve 0 stars. 1/06/24- it’s only right that I provide an update. Finally received my order. Will not buy from them again; not worth the aggravation.

Do not buy!!!! Ordered NOVEMBER 24 2023 it’s NOW DEC 30 and I have still not received!!! I paid for rush shipping!!! They lie over and over about sending & never do. THEY DELETE COMMENTS ON SOCIAL MEDIA SO YOU DONT SEE BAD REVIEWS

If I could rate negatively I would.placed order 12/7 for Xmas gift .. reached out on 12/20 to see where package is and got no response. I went to comments on Instagram and they are deleting negative comments. Someone reached out only when I commented for everyone who had a bad experience to reach out to the better business bureau . Making up a bunch of excuses about a lack Friday sales and bs. Still no update no tracking nothing. I would suggest contacting Better business bureau and reporting and also going to bank to dispute .

DO NOT BUY! Nicole is the WORST customer service ever. Long story short, bought their product, waited 2 weeks before contacting customer service requesting to cancel and refund, because I was leaving the country, and at this point it’s a waste of product since it will not arrive on time. Got an email back with excuse saying, “it’s in final production phase, getting shipped, shipping queued .. blah.blah.blah.” Had to email them literally 5X, each time requesting to cancel and refund, only for Nicole to apologize and respond with the excuses mentioned above. Finally sent an angry email before someone else decided to cancel and refund, was that so hard!? The whole angry email could’ve been avoided had they refund the request from the beginning. One thing for sure, I’ll never purchase their product again. Also, MAKE SURE YOU READ THEIR RETURN policy! Buy at your own risk! You’ve been warned.

The one time I didn't read reviews before ordering I got scammed. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! I placed an order on Black Friday it's December 27th and I still haven't received anything. The first time I got in contact they said shipping was delayed due to shipping supplies. Then they emailed me on 12/20 saying my order was shipped. NOTHING was brought to the post office! Customer service will not answer you. Do not waste your time and money because you're going to have to dispute this with your bank to get a refund. Clearly I'm not the only one that experienced this based on the reviews. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE WE DID

This is a pathetic excuse for a business. They have no customer service. You have to email them over 10 times to get a response. You cannot cancel orders. I accidentally did a 90 day subscription. I thought it was a bundle that lasts 90. Unable to cancel my order. They refused and said “too bad.” I’m in crippling debt and lost 2 loved ones in my life and no sympathy. This is a SCAM. Their products arrive two months late and they don’t even work. And now on my last charge of the 3 month thing I couldn’t cancel, now they’re charging me for $10 shipping when the first two were free shipping. Losers. These people are losers. Run far far away.
