Purchased $80 worth of products from them. After 3 weeks of hearing nothing, I emailed them and they apologized saying their product was sold out but they just got a truck in and were preparing orders to be sent out. 5 days later and still nothing. Do not purchase from them.

Ordered $100 worth of products on 12/8/23, and it still has not yet arrived. Tracking still states that the order is waiting in Tampa, FL, in "pre-shipment" phase. I emailed them, but no response. They are even deleting comments on their IG + purposely not responding to people inquiring about orders that they have not received. All I have to say is that if you are a consumer looking to purchase from this company, do not do it. If you have unfortunately purchased from this company, I highly recommend filing a charge dispute with your bank. SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING in case they need additional information. This company is a scam, and legal action needs to be taken against them. UPDATE (1/21/24): My bank is investigating the charge dispute + has granted me my money back. Again, if y'all haven't already, file a dispute with your bank if you purchased products from them!! Report this company for fraud. UPDATE (2/7/24): Welp. I actually received my products... but tbh, I'm still leaving my review as 1 star for multiple reasons. For starters, it took 2 whopping months for me to receive my products, and on top of that, when I got the package, the fluid used for the pads was leaking through it. Second, when I attempted to email them, I still got no response. Third, I think that it's sus that I just now got my products after disputing the charge and to the BBB. Fourth, they are still deleting comments on their IG and tiktok. Overall, my experience with this business has been terrible. If products are sold out/on backorder, then post that on IG/Tiktok to let people know. If they have time to delete comments, then they have time to create a post on why their orders have not been fulfilled yet. Also, they need to block out which specific items are sold out on their website and actually complete their website because there's no official address or anything in their "About us" section. Whoever is running this business seriously needs to work on their management, website development, and customer service because it is very low quality based on my experience and what others have experienced.

I ordered on 12/1/23 Didn’t hear back for a month, contacted several times & they sent 2 fake tracking numbers. They are still ignoring my requests for a refund. I spent over $170 with these frauds & they stole my money!! I’m not giving up on getting my money back!

I placed an order last year and a tracking number was sent but my order never shipped. When I contacted customer service I was told that orders were backed up it should be shipped in a few days. A week later I sent the same email looking for my order and I was told that they ran out of product. I would not recommend ordering form this company it seems like a scam

I wish I had read these reviews earlier I ordered Jan 1, 2024 , then complete silence , no tracking information are anything , Just contacted my Apple account and disputed the charge , it's horrible just can't trust anyone anymore

I ordered the item on 12/4. They sent me an email saying we have your order but no order number. Then I start receiving emails do order a flood of other items. I reached out to them via fb on 12/20 on the IG page and they tell me it gets shipped in 14 business days. Which was 12/21. They also said they can't determine when the supplier ships the product. Told me to reach out again if it does not arrive. I message on 1/4 and 1/10. The messages on IG were left on Read. Yet they email me every day multiple times a day wanting me to order more products. Why would I order more of something that I never received? It's no way this company is real or in business

Ordered from them 6 weeks ago. They at first responded to my messages with apologies and promises to ship soon to absolutely nothing. After a month of inquiries they stopped responding. I live in palmetto fl and they are shipping from Tampa (45 mins away) and still haven’t updated their usps location for processing. They are a total scam !

I wish I could leave a review with zero stars and I wish I would have googled these reviews instead of looking at reviews on their website. They took my $60, they won't answer my emails and I can't even track my order on their website at all. Trust these reviews. This is not a company that takes their customers seriously.
