Although the shipping did take awhile, the product is great!! I am being told that my skin is glowing. I am now looking forward to trying the new charcoal one. These products are highly recommended!

I was under the impression I ordered buy one get one free of the wash and pads. When I received my order itcc bc was one of each. I called customer service and they acted quickly to help me understand what was wrong. The site is very misleading, if the picture says buy one get one free check the quantity!! Love the products but need to fix the misleading pictures on site to prevent this problem.

Great product me and my 15yr old daughter use. Has our faces refreshed and skin clear. The brighting pads have improved my dark underarms. This is my 2nd order. However I ordered the buy 1 get 1 free face wash and was only sent 1 bottle. Customer service is a bit of a hassle but they let me know I didn’t mark the buy1 get 1 free option at check out (hidden clause) they told me although the picture has two face washes because I didn’t click buy one get one free at checkout I didn’t get my free face wash feels like false advertisement, especially since I don’t recall seeing that option. Anyways, I love their products, but I can tell there are still some things they need to iron out businesswise.

Ordered the BOGO products but only received one of each item ordered; reached out to customer service and they were quick to remedy the situation. It was a seamless process. Can’t wait to try the products and provide a follow up review!

I saw Sugarbabycare advertised on TikTok and with all the great reviews I just had to try it. Shipping was fast and I received it within a week’s time. I can’t wait to try it out!

The products are great. It has cleared up my skin a lot. My issue is that it takes so long to come. If I order today it’s not going to come for a month so just buy in bulk and make sure to select the appropriate boxes for the BOGO item. Nothing worst than waiting for a month and not receiving it.

Overall, the product is excellent. I like the way it makes my face feel. I ordered the glow wash. The only bad experience I had and seems as if everyone else had, is that I bought the buy one get one free and I only received one in the mail. After speaking with someone she cleared it up after I send a review. She is sending me my other one. I hope to get my product and look forward to seeing what else is in store.

I really love the Kojic acid, lemon and tumeric products. I used soap bar first and absolutely loved it. The tumeric pads are a staple in my skin care routine. Also love the glow up face wash. The only issue I had is that the bottle got clogged or broke and now I can’t get soap out. I emailed the customer service team and they have been great to resolve the issue. Will definitely purchase the bar of soap and tumeric pads again.
