This company is complete trash. The fact that customers have to potentially way over two months just to receive an order is disgusting. I placed an order over a month ago with minimal response from the business and have been waiting for my items. The fact that this company was so easily able to take our money but A. run out of shipping supplies and B. Claim the item was out of stock is pathetic. If you don't have shipping supplies and your product is out of stock, Please don't leave your consumer to believe that you actually are a functioning business. We all want to support small businesses, but leading a consumer to wait over two months to receive a product is horrible customer service and regardless how amazing your product may be. The overall experience will ensure that I will never purchase from you again. But don't worry I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau as well as my credit card company to ensure that customers like myself don't get screwed over by your antics. Great way to start a 2024 year.

UPDATE: I finally received all of my orders in the past 2wks. Although I received everything that I ordered, I won't order from them again. It shouldn't take 2mo to receive an order from Florida. Add in the worst part, which is the terrible customer service, and I just can't trust them, which is sad because they have a great product. I placed two (2) orders with them the first week of January, and a third (3rd) order a couple days later. They were having a sale. I haven't received so much as a tracking number or shipping notification on the first two orders. Nothing. The third order has been sitting somewhere in Florida since January 10th, with no movement or updates since. Post office hasn't even picked it up yet. They don't respond to my emails asking where my orders are. I told them if they don't have what I ordered, then to just refund my money. Silence. I've messaged them several times now. Silence. They're definitely not operating honestly as a reputable company should. Worst customer service ever. I want what I ordered, or all my money back.

Horrible experience. Just as everyone else you place and order and then your waiting. I paid for shipping services and it’s been almost a month and still no product. Avoid at all cost!!!

I ordered their product in Dec 22, 2023. On 17 Jan 2024, I emailed them asking for a refund. They replied and apologized saying there were items out of stock and now they were shipping the skin care product. Then on 18 Jan, they sent an email asking me to rate my experience with the care team person, Nicole. Although Nicole didn’t do anything besides give me a bogus excuse, I replied “I still wanted a refund.” As of today 27 Jan 2024, I’ve sent them several emails asking for a refund. And yet, I Have not received one!!! They deserve zero stars and to be shut down. They deserve zero stars!!! They stole money and falsified timely delivery. Some comments on their website said they received the product in 3 days. Or “it came so fast!” Alll lies

I am leaving a one because I can’t leave less. I placed an order with this company and never received my order. I emailed and never received any replies … to FIVE emails! Order at your own risk. My experience has been they take your money and then then no contact.

Yea, they got me…I’ve had all the same negative experiences!!! This company is a SCAM who stole the videos from a real company that is a small black owned business. I found this out AFTER I ordered unfortunately. PHOR ESSENTIALS is the real brand that these people are imitating…smh I ordered 12/31/23 it is 1/26/24 still nothing but a useless order #. I don’t even want whatever it is this fake company May send me anyway!!

Should have done my research. I kept seeing this brand pop up on instagram and thought I’d give it a try. Placed an order on 1/12 and haven’t received anything yet. This isn’t acceptable to me. I don’t need the product but I at least need updates on my order or delays. When I tried to track my order it comes up as not found. I thought this was legit, but it’s sounding more and more like a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!
