I don’t understand how this company is constantly having itself promoted everywhere, but can’t fulfill their orders. I ordered a pack of turmeric pads a month ago. The total came to a little over $65. Of course, my credit card was immediately charged, yet I still have not received my order. I’ve tried contacting this company three different times via email, but NO response. I’m all about supporting small businesses, but it’s frustrating when these businesses are not prepared to fulfill orders and avoid communicating with its customers.

Ordered $90 worth of product early December, never came, messaged to cancel order refund never processed, disputed with bank and credit is still pending back to account in February. They’re deleting comments on their social media while pushing products knowing if they are legitimate that they aren’t meeting package fulfillment for a ton of people already.

This company is the worst I have ever dealt with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I placed my order In Nov.We are now in February and no product or refund after numerous attempts and communications. I have been waiting months for my $200 order. And they refuse to acknowledge my refund request. With no product and out of my money . Don’t bother people!! I ordered 11/28/23 it is now feb 4th and no product no refund !

Do not purchase from this company they are a total scam! I placed an order the end of November it is February and I have not received anything. I emailed a month after my order and was told they were on back order then received a tracking number. The order was never taken to the post office for delivery so I emailed again in January and was told my order was lost and they will send another one. I have not received my order or a response. I really wish I read the reviews before ordering.

Wow..I should have read the reviews before ordering. I’m always leery about ordering from these sites and this is why. I placed an order on 1/10/24 and still have not received my order. I have contacted the company..just waiting on a response…

I am here to say this is not a SCAM!!’ Surprisingly, I received my sugar baby products in the mail today. I can’t tell you how well they work but I wanted to let everyone know they did arrive. I placed my order December 23rd the items arrived January 31st. Just like most people on this site, I received a return email confirming SugarBaby was in receipt of my order but I never received an order number nor a tracking number. I sent 3 emails requesting information. A response was sent to the first email stating they are on back order. I received no response to the following 2 email. A week following my last email my products were in my mailbox.

DO NOT buy from them! They do not respond to emails nor Dms. I have not received my order since December no communication of delay in shipping nothing. Extremely unprofessional deletes any comments so you don't know about their issues.

This company is running a scam. Before you buy anything online, research the company especially on BBB before you purchase from them. I purchased $130 worth of products and haven't seen any of it. When I tried tracking the package with the order number provided, the website said no order exist. I tried emailing them twice no followup email received. But yet, they're still texting me about purchasing additional merchandise. There is no number to call for customer service.
