I wish I would have did my homework before I ordered from them because l ordered from them at the end of December and I just got my order today. What did I pay for shipping for? Did they send it by horse and buggy? I emailed them and sent messages on Instagram and got not response back. They are very unprofessional for that and I will never order from them again. I don’t even want anything free from them.

Wish I had read these reveiws first. I totally think this company is a scam... I was able to get someone on the online chat to refund and cancel my order. We will see how long that takes. I placed an order early Janaury and rec'd nothing but more emails to purchase items. I totally think it's a SCAM.

I placed an order over a month ago and have yet to receive my order. I do not even have a tracking number just an order # which they say has not been fulfilled.

This company is a FRAUD!! Do not purchase!! Why advertise so much if you're going to give everyone the same bull**t excuse about why their products haven't shipped yet?? Bad business practices. I just wasted a whole month when I could have bought from someone else and been well on my way to seeing results by now.

I placed my order on 12/29/23 and still have yet to received my order. They don’t reply to any emails. The only response I received was via the “live chat” and that was BS. They tried to say what I ordered was out of stock although it was in stock when purchased. The BBB needs to shut them down for scamming people. Wish I could give them zero stars!

I would like to know how the charge comes up on your credit report, mine comes up as “HOUSETECHPLUS”. This company has not delivered the products, responded to my email, and keeps emailing me about buying more. The audacity is real. Me and my friends are hard working and we just all got scammed thinking we were helping a black owned business, and women. If you all have anymore details on the women scamming please share. Someone wrote that they keep charging her. Money does not grow on trees people are becoming rich off scamming I didn’t place a small order. This is horrible

I placed an order on January 15,2024. I received an email stating that my order was received and I would be notified when it was ready to ship. No tracking number was included. About 2 weeks later I emailed them asking for an update. “Ray” responded and gave me the following message: your order is in production and we are working on getting it shipped out. All orders are processed usually within 7-15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and then approx 3-5 business days shipping. I know the processing time is quite long due to the influx of orders we receive every day and we are trying our best to process as fast as we can without compromising the quality. Our products are processed from the time we receive the order to ensure the quality and freshness of all the organic ingredients used for each product ordered. We will email you a confirmation once it ships and that will include tracking information as well. Another 2 weeks has passed so now it’s a full month since I placed the order. I emailed again and I’ve received no response.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I placed my order over a month ago and no product was delivered. When I contacted the help email address I received no response. Save your money and don’t purchase from this bogus establishment. I wish it would stop being advertised on my social media feed.
