I ordered $85 worth of products from this company since 01/14/23 and still haven’t received my package as I’m writing this. Do not order from these scammers. 1st red flag I didn’t see was that they don’t email you a tracking number like other companies do when you order online… Duhh !! This company is not legit don’t do it. Now I’m getting my bank involved. Shut down sugar baby care!!!!!!

Do not order from This company. They do not send orders. They will gas you up in the DM‘s and say that they have back orders and they will not send you your products. If you order anything from them you just made a donation to their company they are not sending your products and their customer service sucks they do not respond to emails. They do not respond to the messenger and it’s been 90 days. All they did was print a label so do not support this company.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!! I placed a paid order back in December of 2023 and still have not received products!! I tried reaching out to the company MULTIPLE TIMES via email and as of to date NO RESPONSE! I made a negative review about them on Facebook and was reported for telling the truth. The lady who owns this company supposedly lives in Florida and is basicaly STEALING from people. The company is in the AFFIRM & AFTER PAY APP where they are scamming people for their money!! They inly got one star because it would not allow me to give zero as they deserve. I hope the BBB shuts her down ASAP!!! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER ITS A SCAM . I’ve just reported them . I became suspicious when I didn’t receive a tracking number after my purchase so I started to look at other comments on their page and there were a lot of people saying they never received the tracking number. No products months later, so I commented as well under the comments, and when I went back to look all the comments that mentioned anything about fraud or scam, will never receive the products they deleted them and never responded back to emails or dms and they don’t have a number also the address on file for the company is ups !!!! First sign of a scam ! They brought their followers to make it look legit don’t fall for it ! Also the comments you see of people saying they love the product is not real comments ! It’s brought pages to make it seem legit !!

Places my order on 1/7 and have yet to receive my product. I have requested multiple times for them to cancel my order and their customer service is completely unresponsive. Now that I've posted public complaints on Facebook, they have reported my comments instead of taking responsibility. Do not order from them. Save your money and go to someone reliable!

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! I have sent multiple emails no response and no contact information. It’s so sad we can’t support black owned companies because of things like this!! People work hard and want to give your product a chance only for you to steal their money!! Thieves and hopefully the law takes them to jail!! :(

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero! This company is like the others said…A SCAM! I placed my order on Jan 5th, 2024. I received no email confirming my order. I sent two emails regarding the status of my order with no reply. I sent another and received a usps tracking number on Feb 5th that still hasn’t had any movement. I’ve emailed numerous times, sent numerous IG DM’s and even commented several more times on their posts. Still no answer. March 5th will make two full months from date of purchase. I try to support black businesses but unfortunately the ones I’ve used always seem to disappoint. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! **CORRECTION...this is not a BLACK OWNED COMPANY!!
